“My only issue is everytime I call to make an appointment (tried 4 times now) for an oil change I'm told they don't take appointments for oil changes, it's 1st come 1st server. Saturday I get there soon after they opened to wait my turn for an oil change. While there 2 people came in at different times & stated "I have an appointment at (whatever time it was) for an oil change".... What's up???? Do you throw a dart at a board to decide if someone can make appointments on certain days?”

“Needed a new battery for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. Was greeted by Kyle, the manager, as soon as I walked in. I told him I thought I needed a battery and he said he wanted to load test it first. He did the test and it showed I did in fact need a battery. Within minutes I was checked out and he was outside, in the rain, installing my new battery. I normally don’t leave reviews, but when he refused a tip and said “Thank You for your Service”, I’m a veteran, I knew I had to give a shout out.THANK YOU KYLE FOR THE INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!”
“The guy who pulled the part I needed for my vehicle was great. He was super helpful in getting the rest of what we needed too. I didn't even think they would of had the other parts but they did which was soooo convenient! If you give them a call ahead of time they'll check if they have the part you need and as long as they got it they'll pull it for you.”
