“I stopped in today to look for a part for my Dodge Dakota, they happened to have the matching part in a Durango, but the Durango was sitting on its axles on the ground. I came back down to the office, and asked the nice woman at the counter if she could have someone lift the Durango for me while I went to get my tools, she said no problem. I returned 30-40 minutes later, tools in hand, and the Durango was already lifted, nice and high too so I wouldn’t have to squeeze under it. Got my parts I needed and was in and out in 30 minutes, and the parts were cheap too. Jared, the man working the yard, even gave me a ride back down to the office. Excellent experience, excellent customer service, just great all around. If I’m ever in need of anything again, I will be happily returning; 5 stars.”
“Not knowing that someone had backed or try to pull to a spot next to my CRV and shifted my fender. Wan’t sure if we can fix it by ourselves. Brought it down to the shop just to get a rough estimate because we weren’t sure what it entailed behind it and I believe his name is Tim or Tom?? Sorry bad with names. He took care of it on the spot with just unscrewing the bolts/rivets and then popping it back into place. We appreciate it and sorry it was crappy out while you were fixing it. I would recommend them always. You earned our trust.”

“This man is an ANGEL!!! 100% goes above and beyond. Rebuild my whole tire, arms etc. Came to a road block and towed my vehicle to someone who was an expert in electrical work at no cost. while that was happening my other car left me stranded on Gordon MT. I had a stranger drive to him and ask him to come tow me, his tow-truck was busy but he called up another company who came took my car and fixed the problem all for less than $500.00. Recently they just adopted this new service where they pick up your vehicle perform the service and deliver it I thought I would give it a try and my brand new vehicle with 280 mi on it came back with a scratch at the driver's door! I did not bother to report it because it would have been a he said she said sort of situation I had the vehicle repaired .their service is top notch however I would recommend driving the vehicle there yourself.”

“I’m a truck driver (owner/operator) and I broke down at the 132 due to an oil leak on my front drive axle. Was basically bone dry and these guys went out of their way to bring me enough to limp down the road. I feel guilty that in my haste to get my truck going I didn’t hand the gentleman a tip. “We were traveling on I-81 to Cortland, NY and our serpentine belt snapped due to a locked up bearing on the tensioner. We coasted into the parking lot at this AutoZone and I was afraid we would be spending the night close by. I went in and met Daniel. We talked about our dilemma and what we could do to get ourselves back on the road. They did not have the exact replacement, but he found a pulley that was very close in size to try to get us running again. He put the pulley on and we put the belt on and to our surprise the belt was tensioned very well. He located us the correct part and we picked it up in Hazelton on our way by. I can't express enough thanks to Daniel and AutoZone for going above and beyond their call to get a stranded motorist back up and running again.”
