“I went to the one in Pottsville. They have three different places to completely service your vehicle. I needed an inspection done. Was immediately taken care of by the service team. I needed some work done to pass. Told me it would take a bit of time and was I staying or waiting? It took less than 2 hrs. considering what the repairs were. They went by the quoted estimate previously given, to the penny. Extremely friendly, helpful and honest. Did not feel taken advantage of being an illiterate mechanical female. Very impressed. Great job.”

“I was recommended this garage after i was left in a very scary situation with my breaks seizing up. After calling in and explaining my situation they were able to get in me in same day. I left the office after dropping my car off, with the expectation that they would diagnose it the next day. However after a few hours, They diagnosed, called me, and put all the new parts on and that i can come pick the car up. They listened to whole story and not just the car issues. They also listened to the car issues, and were very upfront and explained everything to me so i can understand it. Their prices were better than i thought. I would, and i will be recommending this place to everyone that needs a garage. And they just gained a lifelong customer. 100%”

Everyone here was courteous + professional (esp Johnny, who was SO nice), and my inspection appointment was honored in a timely fashion. They let me know about a couple of things I will want to to do in the future, but didn't try to sell me on doing it there and then, which I appreciate. They seem really honest. “Beadle has been my family's go-to shop for decades. They're the most honest, trustworthy shop there is. They only fix what needs fixed so your car is safe and working as it should. They don't try to scam you like a lot of shops do upselling parts and service that aren't necessary. If it's not necessary Joe ("Mitch") will tell you it's not necessary. This is a mom and pop shop ran by a stand up, super honest, veteran mechanic who does things right and only does what's needed to keep the costs affordable for their customers. Highly recommended! “I've been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years I always have a good experience with them. Recently they just adopted this new service where they pick up your vehicle perform the service and deliver it I thought I would give it a try and my brand new vehicle with 280 mi on it came back with a scratch at the driver's door! I did not bother to report it because it would have been a he said she said sort of situation I had the vehicle repaired .their service is top notch however I would recommend driving the vehicle there yourself.”
