Kelly Stidham was wonderful in assisting with my recent loan. She was very attentive to all my concerns and was available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. She made the process easy and with minimal stress. CACL in general has been a wonderful institution to work with and the individuals they employ are very personable and helpful as compared to many other institutions, whose employees are rude and unhelpful. I would highly recommend CACL for all your banking and financial needs and would like to highlight Kelly Stidham as a stellar employee who was incredible to work with! I closed on my 1st home today. I recommend Kelly Stidham. She made the entire process a breeze. She's knowledgeable, well versed, and respectfully connected. Her communication was straight forward. I have tremendous gratitude for her skills in helping me through the homeowner process.

Nick & Ryan are top notch from loan department! I have poor credit, but have a solid payment history with them. Trying to work something out for me across state lines! Couldn’t ask for better folks to work with. Quickly too! No nonsense here.

I used to love dealing with CACL in Pottsville however lately, every time I go in, the tellers always have a snarky attitude. I tried to file a complaint with the manager, he did call me back while I was working however I have called at least 12 times since Friday and have not been able to get a hold of him. I have given up on talking to a person at this point I think from now on I will just drive the extra 15 minutes to the branch near Port Carbon… the customer service really has gone downhill… aside from Abby, everyone is typically miserable.

I have been a member of CACL for years and the last few months I have had nothing but issues. I get locked out of my account constantly, there’s no 24/7 customer service, the tellers really don’t care about the issues, and overall this bank has really gone down hill.

Just horrible, we have made every car payment except two over three years. We are close to paying it off and they came and took it. They won't even work with us don't bother going here. And they lied saying they sent a text and email when they didn't.

I literally hate going here! The tellers are literally the slowest in America. There will be a huge line and they sit there moving at a snails pace, then after a customer walks away they will re-arrange their desk, re-stock the rubber bands, ask the person next to them what they are getting for lunch etc., all while wasting your time! Their savings rates are laughable compared to big banks like capital one and discover bank. There is a reason why this isn’t my main financial institution. It’s terrible. I joined back in 95 when they were in the old building in Marlin. The service was much better back then! Bigger clearly isn’t always better.

If I could give a half star I would!! I’ve been with CACL since 2018 and it’s been NOTHING but trouble. Money randomly goes missing from your account and they offer horrible customer service. They have security issues left and right. Their online banking is the biggest joke I’ve even seen. The login system is outdated and it’s inconvenient. Their tellers are rude and downright mean. I thankfully didn’t have this happen but my parents have had issues of having to get new cards becasue of their horrible security issues. I’ve had multiple issues where i had well over enough money in my account and the card would decline and I couldn’t do anything about it. The withdrawal fee from ATM’s is ridiculous. Their new chip cards? A JOKE!!! They don’t work half the time and make checking anywhere a battle. I would rather have a troll under a bridge manage my money!! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The bank seems fine. I just got a car loan with them. They allowed me to take out a loan with 0 credit, which was awesome. I just think a $5 transaction fee for any payment method is pretty ridiculous.

Everyone there is absolutely Kind, Polite and helpful. This is the place you go to and they treat you like family....instead of a stranger. Somebody mentioned the way they dress is too casual...thats ridiculous! They way you dress has nothing to do with how you treat people and what you can do for them. Anyhow, The RATES are amazing and they are just FAIR with everyone. If you need a Bank- Go to CACL in Pottsville.
