If I could give a half star I would!! I’ve been with CACL since 2018 and it’s been NOTHING but trouble. Money randomly goes missing from your account and they offer horrible customer service. They have security issues left and right. Their online banking is the biggest joke I’ve even seen. The login system is outdated and it’s inconvenient. Their tellers are rude and downright mean. I thankfully didn’t have this happen but my parents have had issues of having to get new cards becasue of their horrible security issues. I’ve had multiple issues where i had well over enough money in my account and the card would decline and I couldn’t do anything about it. The withdrawal fee from ATM’s is ridiculous. Their new chip cards? A JOKE!!! They don’t work half the time and make checking anywhere a battle. I would rather have a troll under a bridge manage my money!! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The bank seems fine. I just got a car loan with them. They allowed me to take out a loan with 0 credit, which was awesome. I just think a $5 transaction fee for any payment method is pretty ridiculous.

Everyone there is absolutely Kind, Polite and helpful. This is the place you go to and they treat you like family....instead of a stranger. Somebody mentioned the way they dress is too casual...thats ridiculous! They way you dress has nothing to do with how you treat people and what you can do for them. Anyhow, The RATES are amazing and they are just FAIR with everyone. If you need a Bank- Go to CACL in Pottsville.

I love this bank but PLEASE fix the website and mobile app, everything online is broken. Hope you'll hire a professional to take over rather than relying on whichever third party who's very much aware that it's jank.

They seem fine, though to be fair I don't use them as my primary bank and just have a money market account with them. One thing I did notice though when I was in there is that the workers dress very casual. Not even 'office casual'. They look like they should be at a BBQ. Appearances are important and frankly to me that shows a lack of professionalism. I probably would not use them for any serous banking.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience ever!!So long story short - they wanted me to make a payment for my loan but didn't want to give me the product until Monday. ? Since when do you go to a store , pay for the item that's there & have to pick it up another day. Nope negative! All because they didn't want to pick up my car from the garage.Lazy people!

Opened a Business account for our Veterans and Disabled Children organization. Went in to make a deposit and was told they closed our account. They couldn't even give us a reason why they closed our account. Wouldn't even help us to try to figure out what happen or what was wrong. Not once have they called us or try to contact us about anything regarding our account. This is to be the best bank in the county, I don't think so. Horrible service.

I've had my current account with CACL since 1980. That's 40 years of incredible service, friendly staff, good rates, compassionate banking and trust. I've never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. As times have changed, services have kept pace. I use online banking several times a week (most of the time, I log in daily) and have no issues. I love my little credit union and am grateful to have such a partner looking out for my financial health.

Customer service terrible when you call in for anything. An if have pay a loan with card from other bank.... well expect no one to answer the phone an yourbpayment will be late because of them! Ongoing issues everytime with it! Not addressed or fixed ever!

Some aspects are good. Their general banking and customer service, no complaints. Also, their loan department is great. The credit card department, leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. I've left 4 messages in 4 weeks about a general question, with no response. If you're looking for credit card services, definitely go elsewhere!
