Went to the pharmacy because the one we usually go to was closed for the Holiday. Was ordered 2 scripts and got almost home to realize we only had gotten one!!! Back down we went and had to hand the pharmacist the Dr appointment write up for her to see what was not given. No apologies given. Mind you we had to wait 30+ minutes the first time and then 5 more for the second script. Will not be back!! The older clerk was very nice up front but then we came out for get the toy deal the Spanish lady checked us out and added an item twice and we asked her about it and was rude. It's like woah we're not the ones that did that and wanted to ask to make sure we weren't getting charged twice!! Only good that came out was we got 2 toy items for Christmas at a very cheap price! It's worth looking for sales but don't waste time at the pharmacy and I don't normally like self checkout but you won't have to deal with rudeness that way!

Un BELIEVABLE!!!
THEY COMMITTED A FEDERAL CRIME. I will be filing a full report with the state police. I had a online purchase that was shipped to here as a UPS pick up point. They claim they are not but it doesnt matter either way. If they aren't a pick up site then WHY did you sign for it?
Next is, it was a fully legal supplement but when they opened my mail it was not labeled super well. So they saw tablets and thought oh no DrUgZ. So you call state police up and hand it over to them and now I won't have it for days. You also put a stigma and humiliated me. Every time I have used your location it is absolute TRASH. You take hours to get prescriptions and still fill them incorrectly. You all are extremely rude all the time and have ZERO customer service
Why DIDNT YOU NOT SIGN...or WHY DID YOU NOT CALL ME FIRST AND NOT ILLEGALLY OPEN MY PACKAGE.
You violated HIPAA as well, you looked my name up in the system with my private healthcare records when you saw the name on the package. First off, why didnt you call me instead. Why did you illegally open it. Second, you used my personal information and gave it out unauthorized. Two HUGE ILLEGAL crimes.
You kept telling me that it was suspicious tablets so you called police. Okay...you wouldnt have even know what was inside HAD YOU NOT ILLEGALY OPENED IT.
Why did you ILLEGALLY open my mail when it CLEARLY had my name on it! How dare you! That is a federal crime! You can reimburse me my shipping cost of overnight shipping. You made me look like a criminal!
I demand IMMEDIATE restitution and this issue to be resolved or I WILL file a suit. I dont make empty promises like that either. I do NOT take this lightly.

Beware bought a electric tooth brush that would not charge, returned it the next day, they refused the return and didn't offer a replacement. They said if it was a CVS toothbrush they would accept it but because it was an Oral B and 65$ the wouldn't.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had inside a business. The woman working the pharmacy counter on May 16th 2025 at 5:30 PM was quite frankly rude. No greeting seem like I was a big inconvenience to her. My four dollar prescription there is 50+ dollars I needed help to resolve it and was completely ignored for 20 minutes. I will never step foot in that store ever again and give them my business and I recommend you do the same as they don’t value you. Just like other people have said in these reviews, this establishment is a joke.

I have had the worst experience with this place. When Redners closed, they sent all prescriptions to this cvs without even consulting people's. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The women here are absolutely the most nastiest bunch I have ever spoke to. They need to learn good customer service or get another type job. We ended up at cvs because 1st rite aid closed in Pottsville, so we went to Redners who then closed. I don't like cvs, that's why we chose Redners Prescriptions are supposed to be on auto refill. All of our prescriptions always were. That includes Ozempic. Now at this place, we're told it has to be called in. They never told us that when we came there. They all need to get on the same page.
Update:
I thought that was the worst. The pharmacy manager (?) is the worst I've ever seen in my life. He went off on me like nothing I have ever seen. This person does not need to be working with the public. Same said for some of the women (?) that work (?) behind the counter. They are rude, and haven't a clue about customer service. It's like a zoo back there. Thus corporate office really needs to clean house with this pharmacy. Too much clowning around. But then, that's what clowns do.

Zero Stars! The Pharmacy is a Complete Joke and the workers are Wannabe Pharmacists. Be prepared to waste your whole day waiting on a Simple Script! Been here for 3 hours on a Tuesday Mid Day, so that should tell you what it's like here during busy hours! Dirty floor hasnt been swept in days! This is the Armpit of Schuylkill County as far as CVS goes. The Pharmacists who walked up to me smelled like she didn't wipe correctly.

Pharmacy is a joke, the pharmacy staff is incompetent. Constant issues with Refills, not notifying customers they don’t have their prescription in stock and won’t for weeks/Months. Blames the insurance provider but when you speak to insurance they already approved prescription. Tells customers wrong information regarding manufacturing. Telling customers they don’t have a prescription in stock only to receive a pickup notification after arriving home….I received prescription from this location for ten years and the last four has been nothing but constant issues and problems. Between lack of communication, incompetence, and inability to provide adequate services I will no longer be supporting this location. I suggest you go elsewhere unless you wanna deal with the same issues.
