Pharmacy is a joke, the pharmacy staff is incompetent. Constant issues with Refills, not notifying customers they don’t have their prescription in stock and won’t for weeks/Months. Blames the insurance provider but when you speak to insurance they already approved prescription. Tells customers wrong information regarding manufacturing. Telling customers they don’t have a prescription in stock only to receive a pickup notification after arriving home….I received prescription from this location for ten years and the last four has been nothing but constant issues and problems. Between lack of communication, incompetence, and inability to provide adequate services I will no longer be supporting this location. I suggest you go elsewhere unless you wanna deal with the same issues.

Shop CVS because I have AETNA insurance, same company different divisions. I am enrolled in the $10 monthly bonus program. Purchase was under $5, clerk said I had $10 bonus cash and several coupons, but the sale had to be greater than the coupon. Never had to be previously, guess with the restructuring of the stores new rules apply.

This CVS is a pig stye, it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. Cereal and candy mashed into the carpet You would think that a place where you go for health and wellness support would be super clean. They are not prompt with their pharmacy hours. Late opening up, supposed to be 9am and did not open until closer to 09:20. Looking for another pharmacy.

Worked here as a cashier a few years ago and barley got any hours. Also, prescriptions are rarely ready on time. Some of the staff and customers were friendly though.

They received my prescription on Thursday and it still isn’t ready on Monday. I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 30 minutes. I completely understand being short staffed but do SOMETHING to correct your customer service.

I was on hold for an hour and a half. Finally called another pharmacy, they answered within 4 rings and helped me out, all while I was still on hold.

The pharmacy line is always half way through the store. The drive through line is always backed up into the parking lot. I called three different times the other day because my medication was “on hold” because it was “too soon to refill it” even though I had one left. I couldn’t get ahold of them all day and had to wait 20 minutes the next day to finally reach them. Even if it was too soon, it takes them a couple days to fill medications so we should absolutely be able to fill them before they run out. Here I am 3 days without my medication and waiting in line for an hour. Anxiety medication, may I add. I know they are understaffed so the business needs to pay people appropriately so they can get more staff.

Absolute worst pharmacy…been on hold 4x’s since yesterday for over 30 minutes and still no answer. This CVS is the worst, pharmacy staff is overwhelmed which leads to extreme poor customer service. Will be looking for a new pharmacy ASAP.
