When we went to rent a vehicle, it was horrible lady was rude. My fiancé was having conversation with the lady and kind to pass the time while we're waiting for a meeting to come together. She was very rude right then I didn't want to rent the vehicle but we had no choice. Otherwise we would have went somewhere else. Rented it for one day for an appointment for my father for the morning before I had to drop the vehicle off as well as appointment was the appointment ran later than expected so I had called before they closed and said look. I'm sorry I didn't expect it to go this long to take another $92 out of my holding fee and she got real rude and smart saying they couldn't do that blah blah blah and I said I'm sorry my dad's elderly I can't take him out of the doctor she says well you're in this town right now just bring the car back I said OK so and leave my dad there. I can't do that. I'm sorry just take the money out of my card, and then they started saying somebody was gonna come by and pick it up from where I was and I was gonna have to pay for that. I said youse are crazy. I'm not paying anything if you to come by and take a vehicle while my dad's in his appointment . Worst place ever never again. Enterprise was always my number one nothing but good experiences there. If I would've had a way I would've went there instead next time I'll walk if I have to. Lol. and on top of all that the car was a piece of shit the brakes were bad the car was all beat up, dents everywhere, stains all over the light colored seats and when she looked at the vehicle when we took her back, she was looking at the thing on the back like pushing on it to see why it was loose. I said OK lady don't even go there. The car is how we got it that's how we're leaving it she goes oh just checking to make sure are you crazy?

I don't even know where to. even with this place. I had issues with the vehicles I rented from them the minute I picked it up. I was hesitant to even drive it back to them, then it wouldn't even start. I had someone look under the hood and the battery was disconnected (I was told this can happen when you go over bumps, which they're doing a lot of road construction where I live). Called Ed's explained that I couldn't even drive it, they had someone co and tow it. Then I got a certified letter in the mail, which I wasn't able to pick up since most of us work day shift. Recieved a call from them threatening court. They also said the car started right up as soon as they got it back to Ed's. impossible if the battery was disconnected. I don't feel that I should have been responsible to pay the towing fee, when there were issues with there crappy cars from the beginning. They also charged me for gas when the tank was full. Bottom line, I wouldn't be renting a vehicle from ED's! I've always used enterprise, and been much happier.

I filled the tank before returning 6 miles from their shop. They charged me for 2 gallons of gas x $8 each. Very shady. They would have needed to pull out the nozzle and click past the safety shutoff a multiple times to squeeze two gallons of gas into that thing. I'd be curious to know what percentage of the returns they charge gas fee on, I'm guessing that it is most everyone. Not the type of business I would deal with again.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Ed's. The first car in less than a year I had to replace the transmission TWICE. The third time they offered to "let me" get a new vehicle - my current vehicle (but I still need to continue paying for the repairs) Current vehicle, which I've had less than a year, now needs $2500 worth of work on the engine. They won't let me out of my contract and the best they can offer me is additional monthly payments added on to my previous payments to cover the cost of repairs. My payments - $758 A MONTH. Who the heck can afford this!? I'm screwed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! *contacting an attorney.

Have used this place a few times over the years to rent vehicles for my friends and I to go to a concert or ballgame. Prices were ok only negative thing is the per mile price after the limited free miles they offer. Depending on where you go the price could escalate from the projected price.

A car purchased a month ago and had a brake light on when leaving. They just did pads and rotors...and somehow the broken line is my problem. Top it off they tried to charge 487.50 for labor to change a brake line. Service department is terrible with helping out a long time customer and second time car buyer, and just imagine what they will do to you... we have learned our lesson. Part cost 39 from dealer and labor is 1hr to put on.

Thank you Eds USA, I had my car inspected, oil change and brakes serviced. Very good service and very affordable. Special thanks to Matt for taking great care of my vehicle. Respectively, June Stefan

I rent vehicles every 3 months for travel to my Doctors appts that are a few hundred miles away from where i live, I have an auto for local running around, but dont like to put my trust in it on 500 mile trips, Eds USA rentals helps me save tons of money, they always provide a vehicle that look and runs great, I have not had any problems with Eds as i take care of the rental as i would my own vehicle and always return it full of gas and clean. Just make sure you read all paperwork and understand the terms of the agreement and I think you will be fine.
