Worst customer service experience ever. I spent a small fortune to purchase a new washing machine and a 3 year protection plan. While the old washing machine was being carried away the drain hoses was still connected and it broke. I called multiple plumbers to try to find one that will help. No one was available and I went back to Lowe's to get some replacement hoses and pipe. So my new machine is sitting in basement not hooked up. I was told the protection doesn't cover install. This was a bad experience so far. So much for the customer being always right.

One of my go-to store for to help with home improvement projects. Customer service personal here is usually helpful and kind.They do not have near enough large carts so if you are getting lumber or large supplies, be prepared to wait for a long time.

I don't go there often but needed a HANDLE KIT for my PELLA STORM DOOR. ETHAN waited on me. Went that EXTRA MILE to order the kit for me. He was extremely nice, patient and persistant. Another worker who was on a break had talked to me also and told me where to go. A very pleasant experience especially since HARDWARE STORES are out of my comfort zone. Very friendly and approachable employees. I just hope I get the correct kit. Maybe to be continued..........ok. Though Ethan did his best apparantly the INTERNALS were NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT. THAT was the main PART I NEEDED.....the BODY LOCK. So back up to Lowe's I go. Remember out of my COMFORT ZONE. I talk to the department manager, Briant. I believe. HE TOO WAS MOST HELPFUL. Im not happy that was not included in the KIT! So now, had to order THAT plus a STRIKER PLATE ALL SEPERATELY. I feel the kits should be labled what is in them. So......now waiting on THE INTERNALS. AGAIN.......TO BE CONTINUED. Hope this has a HAPPY ENDING. I need my storm door handle fixed. Winter is coming!

Customer service is not great. Bought a dryer during the 4th of July sale. When delivered it was slightly damaged on right front bottom panel. Reported it immediately to Lowes delivery and was promised 20% off my order. (Second appliance I bought from Lowes damaged on delivery.) One way or another they messed up the refund and ended up putting it to a gift card. They said it was because I purchased it with a gift card which I did not. I explained this multiple times between the store and customer service line. All I wanted from the start was for this amount to be applied to my balance and no one wants to be bothered with fixing this mistake. The customer service at the store did not want anything to do with helping me and ignored me when I asked about a manager. One lady told me she worked there for twelve years and once the refund was applied to a card that's just how it is. Lowes customer service line said they sent a report directly to manager of store, however I haven't heard anything since. I don't understand why this is such a problem.

Lowe's has their Halloween decorations out. Some pretty good items. The best is the little girl with her doll. Check out the videos if they load.

Absolutely worst customer service. 20minutes to get a key cut then told by the first person that came over they couldn't do it. Management team seemed uninterested in customer complaints. Plenty of employees standing around not going anything.

I purchased a weed trimmer less than a year ago and it broke. Lost the receipt and talked to Shannon about replacing it. She went above and beyond to help me and replaced my trimmer. Thank you Shannon! I will continue to be a Lowe’s customer!

Worst experience ever! Purchased grill online with free assembly. Took 4 days to receive text stating ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and found out it had not been assembled and would I take one already assembled sitting outside full of pollen and filthy dirty! I bet she doesn’t pay over $200 for an item and then take it home dirty! Worst customer service ever. Will not be returning here
