I know to make an appointment unless you want to sit and wait. Schedule before you go. I never had any problems with the staff. They are good at their jobs, and very nice and helpful.

Horrible place lady there was rude went for a pee test for a job didn't fill cup half way and lady there dump my pee out and to pee again and told me sit back down drink water and to wait 3 hour ask if I can grab something eat she said no I wasn't allowed to leave the building I felt like what did I do wrong this is not a court house or a parole office what is wrong with people lady if you don't like your job or working with people why you there

I have been to this location numerous times, with and without an appointment. I have never waited more than five minutes to be called back. The phlebotomist I had today was Nicole. She was professional and responsive to my questions. I am a very difficult “stick” however Nicole inserted the needle and drew my blood seamlessly. No issues whatsoever. As have all the phlebotomists I’ve dealt with at this location.The employees might not be “ chatty Cathy’s” but they are certainly not rude. I am there to have tests done in a prompt, professional manner, have questions answered, and be on my way. That has been my experience at this location.

Went in this morning to do a drug testing the young lady that works here she's a nice lady but the older lady that's there she's rude you and you say good morning thank you and she don't say nothing back people like that we don't need in a laboratory taking care of other people don't know cuz I'm Hispanic but the way she treated me was on professional

Went in for a covid antibody test. The lady who took my blood was pretty rude, however she gave me probably the quickest and easiest blood draw I've ever received, didn't even feel the needle.If I need blood work done in the future I plan on returning.

Walked into this walk in clinic and was told by the kiosk there were no walk in appointments available. But the waiting room was empty?? And I’ve never had an issue before that so they are not a crowded place. What a waste of my time. Never coming back here.
