I would have given a zero star rating, but the system won't let you post until you click on a star. I too had the same experience as Callie and April. Myself and four other family members had a 5 line plan with AT&T. I'm also preparing for retirement and wanted to lower my expenses. I was told about these fantastic "deals" that T-Mobile was running in December. Even though numerous friends warned me about T-Mobile, I thought I'd check it out.So my wife and I went out to this store. I had my AT&T bill with me (approximately $264/mo). When I showed it to the store manager, she laughed and said they would be much cheaper. After about four hours (and numerous technical issues), we were told we'd have to come back the next day to bring in our old phones and finish up the transfer. The next day myself, wife, daughter, and mother-in-law took all 5 phones out. Again after another 4 hours (and numerous technical difficulties) we were told my bill would be $218/mo. During this whole experience I asked over and over "there are no hidden fees or add-ons?". The answer was "no". Now she did say it could take 2 or 3 weeks until all the "discounts" were applied. So I waited. When my first bill came it was $262. I took the bill out to the store and saw the same store manager. This time she said it could take up to 2 - 3 MONTHS for all the discounts to be applied. What the heck! How could a company that wants you to think they have the most advanced nationwide network in the US be so slow in processing data? She then told me if I signed up for autopay, I could save $30. Bill one was $232. A couple of weeks later I went online to check my bill. Now it is up to $283. What the heck! I took this bill back out to the store and saw the assistant manger. He had been involved in our signup/transfer process so he knew who I was. He said "this isn't right". However, the "new" store manger wasn't there, but "new" manager would be in later and he would discuss my issues with the "new" manager and they would call me later in the day. That was a couple of weeks ago. Bill two was $283. I just looked a my next bill and now it is up to $342. Bottom line, I'm in an autopay situation where I have no idea how high this is going to go and if it will ever be rectified.Trust me when I say I haven't even got into all the other lies I was told. I'd have to write a book. When previous T-Mobile customers warn you not to switch, you were warned! Talk about being in a situation were I fell like a total idiot. One last thing about this store, where else can you go where they play rap music dropping "F" bombs. Oh, we also had my granddaughter along when this happened. Luckily she is too young and had no idea. Yes this did happen!Guess I'll try the T-Mobile national customer service next.

April Unger - Very unsatisfactory service! We were given phones and an iPad as free promotions when we transferred and traded an iPhone to switch our service to t-mobile. We kept receiving promotions in the mail and that is what prompted us to visit the store to lower our monthly cell phone bill. This is not the case!!! We are paying way more than we were with our previous cell phone carrier. Do not switch to t-mobile. They are all promising lies!! No truth involved in their promotions. We have gone back and forth with the Pottsville store new manager and staff on countless trips and on the phone for several hours and with customer service with no resolve. We have been promised numerous return phone calls from the new Manager, Tucker and we have contacted and followed-up with the store countless times to try and resolve with no satisfaction to date. We have been promised as soon as the store manager speaks with their District Manager, we will get resolution. I’m not sure when that will be but the district manager should be making a telephone call to me for all the information that was told to us and then was a lie! T-Mobile needs to be run out of town for scamming people and being liars! How can they continue to get away with their processes legally? Our internet and two phone lines were to be $30 for internet and 27.50 for each line plus tax and fee. The difference in our bill is hundreds of dollars more per month more! Wow that’s just crazy!! It’s time we as consumers stand up to these big corporations and stop allowing them to take our hard earned money! I am taking a stand and letting everyone know, do not switch or purchase anything from t-Mobile! Beware it is all a lie and a scam!!!!

We wanted to switch to T Mobile to lower our phone and internet bills. My husband and I had 2 phones which we could have continued to use but the salesman had told us if we traded them in we would get 2 free phones (“ON US”).While there, he had to restart our transaction at least 3 times because of technical difficulties on his end. After 4 hours of being there, we had received 2 phones, an IPAD and an Apple Watch all (“ON US”) from different promotions we were told about. Low and behold our bill came and we are being charged for it ALL. After visiting the store and talking with the new manager, our salesman is no longer there and the previous manager is gone. He mentioned many customers are coming in with the same issues and were also given incorrect information. The “ON US” “promotions” we received were all a bunch of nonsense with underlying fine print that we were never informed about. A quoted $140 a month bill is currently $310. Now we wait as we try and get answers from managers who continue to say their manager needs to handle it to try and get us the promotions we thought we were getting. Avoid T Mobile at all Costs!!!!

We had an employee named Derek that gave us great customer service both times we were in. He was able to answer all of our questions and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with our problems.

If there was a separate rating for staff, they would get five star's. Sometimes when I have a problem with a billing issue they always explain it and help me with that issue. Always friendly and helpful. T-Mobile corporate on the other hand I would give them 3 star's.

I originally gave him five stars then when I found out that everything that I wanted, they did not give me. I want to purchase the phone. They set it up so that now I have to pay for the phone on a monthly basis they are the worse I would stay away from them.

I stopped in one afternoon to pick up a new home Internet box. There was only one employee there and man, she should be getting paid $100k a year if she always treats customers like the service I received! She was very helpful and patient. Then their hardware system refused to work. I felt so sorry for her. The store has 5 antique tablets for checking out and taking payment on. Each tablet needs synced with it's own individual credit card processor. The first 4 she tried did not work and she was ready to break down crying and she said her manager didn't bother showing up that shift. I felt really sorry for her! She seriously was the best customer service representative I've had in a long time.

I have been to really bad TM stores but I want to give a review on this one. My other half and I are not tech guru’s, so we appreciate when people are not grumpy with us when we ask a lot of questions. We met Ashley she was making sure we were understanding the phones and she knows her stuff. While we were there other people came in were very rude to her impatient so I told her to take care of them she took their payments and set our phones up at the same time. Multi tasking she can do. She was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and was very tolerant of comments from other customers. I know our county people are quick to judge. Kindness goes a long way.

What a horrible store. The management is a joke. The 5 star reviews they have must be from people they know. I noticed when were there, some people got Xtra special care. The staff is clueless and the management does not help with any problems you are having.

I went up to finally get rid of my high costly xf—y internet . I now have t- mobile internet as easy as walking out of the store and going home and plugged it in to the wall 50 a month a savings of 40 extra to what I was paying ??. I went on the website to see if the t- mobile 5 g was available in my area & said it was not. So you may be discouraged by the website so I definitely recommend going into the store and finding out if it’s available in your area. I wish I did it sooner. The Pottsville staff she went above and beyond customer service. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes with it programmed set up to just be plugged in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible horrible horrible. This is the second time this store messed things up. I was told one my rate would be a certain price and phones would be one price and completely messed it up. So bad that customer service can't fix it. The sales person did attempt to help fix the issue but the manager refused to own up to the mistake. So it's now time for arbitration, stay away from this store!!!
