Their policy says if you are 20 minutes late from your appointment time they won’t unload you but if you came on your appointment time or before 30mins-1hour they will make you wait 2hour or more to assign you to a door im waiting and still waiting for a door

I delivered the load, but they gave me incomplete paperwork. When I tried to leave, I had problems with security because they said my documents were missing. I explained the situation to the supervisor, and they later admitted that THEY were the ones who failed to give me the correct papers. Despite this, they were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional toward truck drivers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for drivers who are just doing their job.Sen

Always unload me quick in and out within 1hr

Appt 5am checked in 4:45am unload and paper work ready 5:15am. There’s truck stop in 2 miles onvo truck stop but kind hard to get parking at night. they are making extra parking but not ready yet.

Guards at gate can barely speak English and talk between each other in Spanish the whole time. They hold you up for almost 15 minutes taking their time checking people in and talking, then try and tell you you’re late. Took 5 hours to get unloaded.

Had a full truck load they are quick to unload and process paperwork can check in 1 hour early my appointment was at 5:00 am keep it up Walmart
