Horrible service. Awful customer service. Slow running internet that is over priced. Definitely disappointed. Glad I switched to Xfinity.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had this company for over a year & paid 160$ a month for TERRIBLE WiFi. Place is a greedy hungry place cannot wait for them to go out of business because XFINITY IS NOW AVAILABLE IN PORT CARBON!!! Only reason they got away with it is because there were no other providers in the area. Karma will get you :) Do not get this WiFi!

I've had wire Tele-view for about 4 years now. I've never had anything but good experiences with them. The service is very fast at my home. I've never experienced outages for longer than a couple of minutes, and those were maybe three times in the last 4 years and lasted for less than 10 minutes each time. But the best thing about this company is the people that work there. They're a family-owned company and are very kind and understanding to you as a person. The case in point personally is that I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and was having difficulty paying my bills and was unable to work any longer while on chemotherapy. They gave me service for a month free of charge because of my hardship. I don't know any company I've ever dealt with that was kind enough, or would be kind enough to waive an entire month with free service. It's important to mention that my service was top-tier service. It cost me about $165 a month. So for them to waive that kind of charge while providing free service was very gracious of them. I can't say enough good things about the people that own this company and the people they have working for them. This is the kind of customer service you would expect in My Grandfather's Day back in the 1950's, when people were decent to one another. That's the kind of company this is. I only wish I could continue to use them as my provider since I'll be moving soon.

Very aggressive ill mannered staff. If i could give 0 I would. Always connection issues. Outrageously large prices for connections that are low. Will shut your internet off if you have a complaint.

We just upgraded to cable boxes with DVR and internet after years of Verizon DSL & digital TVs. We upgraded to cable internet because DSL had slowed so much, it was almost impossible to open anything or watch streaming shows. We upgraded to cable boxes because of FCC changes and we aren’t ready to cut the cord yet. Our experience has been very positive so far. I’m sure there will be issues in the future - all tech suffers eventually & things happen - but so far, we couldn’t be happier with the products and the service. Josh and Austin were both very professional and helpful during what could have been a trying time. Thanks again.

Just today alone, off and on since 6am. Can't work due to no real connection to company. They always put out lame excuses and extremely bad customer service. BBB should end this company for falsely claiming "highest and best connections" on customer contracts. Been like this for the 5years we had them.

0 Stars if I could, worst over priced internet I have had. Speeds are shotty, constant outage's. The speeds you get for what you pay is down right pitiful. If we could go else where we would, but they have the area grid locked. No other internet provider can service the area. They need to go already or let verizon or comcast step in. I have had enough. Beyond fed up, no reason a whole 130-140mbps should cost over $140 I was paying that for comcast and was getting close 1000mbps.

I called to upgrade my cable plan today and they came out in less than an hour to switch it over. Quick and awesome service, thank you!

I would give no stars if possible. Constantly have internet issues and pay 140$ a month. That's only for internet no TV. I've had many other services since I travel frequently and this is the most expensive and worst. Unfortunately I am forced to use this provider because it's the only provider that isnt satellite and allowed at my residence. Yesterday called after hours and was answered and hung up on 5 or 6 times heard people cursing in the background when I finally said I don't pay 140$ to be hung up on. Then someone finally said oh sorry sorry I didn't know you were a real person. Unfortunately there are no other options for internet in this town that is not satellite and this review won't really help anyone that needs a provider that isn't satellite but if you can have a satellite provider I would urge you to use someone else they are extremely rude and unprofessional its a family run business and the only reason they are still in business is because Comcast hasn't come in the area and wiped them out.DONT USE THIS PROVIDERI'm also convinced any good reviews they received were from the employees and friends and family because if you have had Comcast before, or blue ridge, or even Verizon (though very expensive) you would know wiretele view is the worst company out there. If you read the reviews and see the unprofessional replies it's a dead giveaway that they don't care and just want to collect your money and are extremely rude and unhelpful. The fact that they shut service off on people for expressing their frustrations instead of doing something to make their service better just goes to show what kind of company they are.

I had the absolute best expirience with wire tele-view. I switched from Verizon. Now we have high speed internet no waiting no problems uploading and is ideal for my daughter's online schooling. The installation was quick and simple and the technicians were helpful and friendly. We live in Palo Alto, just kicking myself for not switching sooner!! Office workers were superb with setting up my appointment :) Recommended to all!!!

Internet is routinely down for hours on end. If you experience any issue past 5 PM or on a weekend God help you, because there's no one there other than an answering service that will pass along your message Monday morning. Why Port Carbon continues to allow this subpar provider to have a chokehold on residents and prevent any real competition is beyond me.

Tier 6 speeds average at 2mbps for download and 165kbps for upload. They say tier 6 offers speeds of up to 25mbps or higher but rarely does it even reach that high and when it does it's not up there for long.

I only gave it one star because you can't give a zero. Stations are constantly out. Every time I want to watch a show the station is either going in and out or doesn't come in at all. I don't watch many shows, and it is very frustrating that I pay such a high price to miss everything I want to watch. I wish my community would offer a different cable choice.
