This store does suck. No one is ever available. And im not saying if you need to find anything. Everything is under lock and key! But then you cant find a human with the key. You end up wasting 20min just waiting to get the item.

Every time I call, someone picks up the phone and then just hangs up on me without speaking, so the washer, dryer and refrigerator I wanted to buy will be purchased elsewhere. Terrible customer service, and that's the store managers fault for not providing proper training to their associates.

Unfortunately after filling my cart I realize self check out is not optional, it's apparently mandatory... shame on you home depot I'm pretty sure you can afford to pay atleast 1 register person. So atleast you can pay someone to restock the shelf with the cart full I left . I Don't work here ...supply all services the products where priced for and stop stuffing your pockets by eliminating low paying jobs some people actually need . Do better please.

Jylil or (Ja-lil) at customer service shouldn’t be working here. Very disrespectful, how do you tell a customer you don’t want to deal with them. If the other customer service people want to help me, they can. I got the help I needed from the other two employees at customer service. The disgusting attitude shouldn’t be allowed at Home Depot.

There was an officer at the store harassing customers. He got smart with me then started threatening all kinds of charges. Then my 4 year old daughter was asking why the officer was being mean to us.
I tried getting in touch with the store to find out what is the purpose of this officer being on site and why he feels the need to interact with customers. I cannot get through after calling 8 times since last night.
I was there buying siding wearing a Micky Mouse t shirt and this egotistical Upper Darby officer wants to suggest arresting me for some pretty serious charges. I no longer want to shop at this Home Depot.

This is probably the worst Home Depot in the tristate,
Customer service is terrible, they make you enter your card 3 times before swiping it because their machines are broken. They don’t accept Apple Pay and also don’t provide receipts.
