The wrong item was delivered. I called the support line on the order. They said they can't help me since a store fulfilled it. I call the store FOUR times and no answer. On hold without speaking to someone for well over a total of 30 min. And the line just hangs up. I try again. same thing. I can't even get help to fix their mistake.

Employees at the rental department are the worse, lazy and unprofessional. I recommend trying another rental place or another home depot location

Horrible decision making my employee at desk in rental store. Rented a jack hammer and the handle broke. Told me I would be charged $125 then handed me another jackhammer with a crack in the exact same spot. Pointed it out and told him I would not take that item. Took another jack hammer without a crack but still charged me. No common sense.

Pathetic and scary. The parking lot had a vagrant male walking around. There was trash all over the lot as well. The garden center should have had ALL their plants on clearance for they were all dried up and dead. Good luck getting help from inexperienced garden center workers, too busy not looking for stock or chatting with low-life friends. Once a planter was pulled from overstock, it was cracked on the corner. Avoid this store and find another alternative.

I was in need of some help with my weed wacker. The rep in that Department did not how to help me with this problem. He then referred me to the Tool & Rental Department. I have gone there before and received help with garden tools. The rep there was rude, insulting, condescending, and just plain nasty. This was unusual since I have always found your reps to be very helpful. I have been going to your store for over 25 years and I have never encountered anything like this before. This creep ought to be kicked in the can. I did find a rep who did help me with this. This rep at Tool Rental told me we are just "counter people". That is not true. They are supposed to know how to fix garden tools. I hope you will give me some feedback on this. This is how you lose customers. George

Absolute waste of time. Needed shelving cut down and walked around and around asking different associates for help. I was sent in two different directions. Finally was directed to flooring and was told the person who does the cutting was on break and they had no idea when that person would return. Unhelpful attitudes all around. I walked out. I'll shop at True Value from now on. MUCH better customer service.

Today was def a different vibe at Home Depot as understandably the store was modified to adjust to Covid19 protocol. Staff seemed friendlier than usual while explaining the reason for a 5 minute per 2 customer wait time to enter the store. Everything was cleaner and neater than usual, and just as busy as ever. It takes me about an hour and a half to find the one thing I was looking for while buying 23 other things I probably won't use for another 6 months, but hey I'm only huuummaaaaann! One thing that I'm glad FINALLY happen is that all the door accessory products like door sweeps were in the actual door section and not down some random aisle. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT! The checkout line moved pretty darn fast which doesn't happen too often!

Older lady overseeing the cashiers was coughing without covering her mouth. She should be sent home.

I purchased a stove a week ago and was told it would be delivered on this Saturday. I was told I would receive a phone call the night before with an estimated time of arrival. I called 4 times back to back for one woman to tell me she's never heard of someone calling with a time frame. I asked for the store manager only to never have been connected back to him. Now I have to wait all day Saturday for an appointment time?? I wouldn't suggest anyone purchasing anything from these incompetent, ignorant folks. You want to hide me from the manager, okay...

I needed assistance with locating the correct size replacement bulb. Out of 7 different employees, not one of them were able to help me!

My refrigerator was delivered and the two men who delivered it refused to hook up the ice maker saying the water supply line was copper and is an unacceptable supply line to hook up to. I bought the copper water supply line from Home Depot off the shelf and if copper is an unacceptable supply line why is it Home Depot sells it in their stores? I then asked for the doors to be hung so they open the other way to accommodate my kitchen. They then tell me it's not their job and that I should of contacted the the maker of my refrigerator to have them swing open the way I want. I asked to speak to their supervisor in either giving me the phone number or for them to call him. They tell me they will call him for me to speak with and went outside to call. While waiting for them to call their supervisor I look out the window and see them driving off. I had to remove all the plastic and set up the shelves my refrigerator and plug it in entirely myself. I never seen or signed a receipt for my refrigerator or received a copy of said document either. I never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism in having service or delivery of an item to my house. I think Home Depot should refund the price of the hook up charge for my appliance as I had to do it myself. Also I would like a copy of my receipt I never signed. If the receipt is signed I guarantee it is a forged signature. I will never order anything from Home Depot again that needs to be delivered or installed and subject myself or my family to such incompetence. In the near future I have plans to buy a new washer and dryer and to have my entire house carpeted wall to wall. I can guarantee that I will be either using Lowe's or a Mom & Pop shop to buy and have the mentioned items installed. Again i tell you I would like the price of having the ice maker installed refunded as I had to do it myself and i would like my copy of the appliance's receipt for my personal records for the warranty I bought from Home Depot.

I only come to this one out of laziness as I live relatively close. The staff is large, but largely incompetent. I've stood in an aisle for 30 MINUTES, trying to get help with an item. And, yes, I spoke to SIX different employees. Evidently I only spoke to the incompetent ones who aren't "skilled" in anything home-related. I must've only spoke to the ones who are just there for appearances, and to stock one shelf in the whole store. Their online stock inventory is A LIE. I've gone there repeatedly, and their product count were incorrect, and I didn't get what I came for. Like I said, if you can and if you have time, just go to Folsom. Better products, and better staff

We ordered a washer and dryer for my aunt who can no longer leave the house without assistance from Home Depot in Secane a few weeks prior to Thanksgiving. The delivery date was set for 12/18/19; the appliance was scheduled to be delivered between 9-1. The delivery company was no call/no show. We called the store around 1:30 to check the status of the delivery only to learn the company "forgot" to put her items on the truck. We were given a 10 day reschedule date despite it being their fault that the items weren't delivered. The Store Manager, "Johnny" to date had not return my phone calls. I called the corporate office; reportedly "Johnny" didn't return their outreach either. Today the items were supposed to be delivered between 7-11. Again no call/no show with the items. Again I called the store and the Manager was unavailable. Again I called the corporate office and was told the delivery truck was running behind; and that someone would call me soon; and to expect the delivery in a half hour or around noon. At 2p.m.I called back to check the status of the delivery and was told after waiting since 7 a.m. that they tried to deliver the items but no one was home. This is not true of course. They have rescheduled now for 1/3/20. I have not ever received a response from the Store Manager to date. The delivery company is West Side and they are totally unprofessional. Everyone to whom I've spoken at Home Depot has been cavalier about the lack of professionalism displayed by the store manager and the delivery company. The moral of the story, go to LOWES or any place else, and don't use West Side delivery. Extremely disappointed but wise enough to know that I will not be purchasing items from Home Depot again.
