Updating to three stars from one star as Edward from Logicstics reached out to discuss resolution of the issue. He assured me that there is a work in progress resolution for the inconvenience caused. I am awaiting the resolution and will update the review once the issue is resolved.
Old:
It has been two weeks since the promised delivery date and I still don’t have my shipments. We hired logicstics to help with end to end services for our USA to India move. So far they have done a very poor job of communicating. Even after paying for the end to end service, I am handling all the follow ups with FedEx, India customs clearance poc from falcon forwarders, etc., No one has been helpful or giving me the right information. When I ask my Logicstics POC for information he is not giving me any updates. I have been following up everyday with no progress. As a last resort, I am posting this review to get the attention of the management to this matter. Hope you can look into it and take immediate action to get my shipments delivered.”
“Max and his team were excellent and efficient. Before they arrived, we had a rate estimate set up with them. When they arrived Max began discussing potentially increase and decrease depending on hours, which I took as a bad sign but was quickly proven wrong. Max made a point to be transparent and communicate very thoroughly every step of the way. In the end we paid less than we were originally quoted and received above and beyond service. The team was also able to work around tough parking situations at both locations after our police permit officer never showed up to help. I highly highly recommend Philadelphia Movers for anyone in need of moving services.”

“My mom and dad used this place to store many years of stuff that would not fit in our small home. There have been 3 owners since they first rented their space. All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee ??”

“Great customer service!! I was able to get my UPACK delivered on time. The process was very simple. I usually haul my own household goods. But, I wanted to try to use a carrier. I compared prices and the time it would take before I received it. My household goods arrived earlier than expected and enabled me to get moved in my new home the next day. Despite the cost, it was well worth it! I wasn't rushed to unpack and had more than enough time to get everything unloaded. The best thing was not having to pay until the household goods were ready to ship out to my home. If I had to, I would do it all over again.”

They were always on time, made my home cleaner than when they arrived after finishing for the day, and always explained everything in detail if I had any questions.
With any home improvement project, you can expect some changes or speed bumps along the way. With them working on a home built in the 1950s, the job I asked them to do was no exception and they always had a solution for every issue that showed itself during the project.
Very professional in person crew and office personnel. Any issues or concerns you may have, the folks in the office will handle and they are prompt with email responses.
