“Had a couch delivered from Lancaster—> Philadelphia- I have a really small front door (thanks, buildings from the 1800’s), and they were able to Tetris it in really carefully, which was a small miracle (you should not be like me though, remember to measure your door before you buy your couch, you’ll be less stressed). Couch was in great condition when it arrived, the wrapped it really carefully ?”

As a customer, it was good to see a company taking steps to fix the issues and ensuring closure.
12/02/2025 Update:
Updating to three stars from one star as Edward from Logicstics reached out to discuss resolution of the issue. He assured me that there is a work in progress resolution for the inconvenience caused. I am awaiting the resolution and will update the review once the issue is resolved.
Old:
It has been two weeks since the promised delivery date and I still don’t have my shipments. We hired logicstics to help with end to end services for our USA to India move. So far they have done a very poor job of communicating. Even after paying for the end to end service, I am handling all the follow ups with FedEx, India customs clearance poc from falcon forwarders, etc., No one has been helpful or giving me the right information. When I ask my Logicstics POC for information he is not giving me any updates. I have been following up everyday with no progress. As a last resort, I am posting this review to get the attention of the management to this matter. Hope you can look into it and take immediate action to get my shipments delivered.”

Everything was moved out, stored, and moved back in in great condition. Couldn't believe how fast they moved. All of Derek's estimates regarding time were spot on. “We ended up having more boxes than anticipated, but the movers were very accommodating. We were moving into a 4 story walk-up and had large, expensive furniture that we needed moved. They did an excellent job moving everything very quickly without damaging anything. Everything fragile was wrapped and taped professionally. The truck that was brought was definitely large enough, and the labor hours were calculated well, we only ended up going over by about 1.5 hours because of the extra boxes (which was our fault and not theirs). They offered us a discount for paying in cash. I would use this company again.”

“I moved yesterday the 6th of August and it was hot and muggy but you’d never know with these guys, great all American men, they just don’t make em like this anymore, with no complaints just jokes and laughing. They came early and were so quick and efficient.
To be honest my nerves were wreaked, but the whole week before Doug returned so many calls from me as I was just so nervous and have had bad experiences in years past. Doug was so sweet and completely assured me that his team knew what they were doing and he was right. They put up with me for 2 hours so they deserve medals to be honest. I couldn’t be any happier. “These guys were wonderful. They were very pleasant and worked hard. They even helped hooking some of my stuff up. There were supposed to be 4 movers for 3 hours but one guy couldn't come. However, there were 3 movers that stayed for 4 hours and it worked well. Only negative was my couch was a beast to move and it ended up denting part of my door and there were a few dings on my stairs. Overall, I'd recommended them!”

Delivered on the day they promised in the morning. Delivery guy was really nice and helped us figure out best placement to unload. When empty, we reached out. Next morning the guy picked them up 123. Highly recommend !”

They were always on time, made my home cleaner than when they arrived after finishing for the day, and always explained everything in detail if I had any questions.
With any home improvement project, you can expect some changes or speed bumps along the way. With them working on a home built in the 1950s, the job I asked them to do was no exception and they always had a solution for every issue that showed itself during the project.
Very professional in person crew and office personnel. Any issues or concerns you may have, the folks in the office will handle and they are prompt with email responses.

Over the past year, I have been working with someone who had two storage units at this facility. The location on the edge of Center City is easily accessible AND (I wish that I had known this, the first few times that I was there) they allow parking in the loading dock while unloading/loading AND during the time that one is accessing one's unit(s).
Pricing is very reasonable/competitive at these below-ground units. The elevator is quite large and several flatbed trucks are available. This facility is open 7 days a week, but it is not open in the evenings.
In addition to selling boxes and bubble wrap, this facility offers FedEx shipping, which is very handy.
But one of the greatest pluses is the staff. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as professional. It was a pleasure to deal with every member of the staff.”
“We rented a truck for helping to move some items from the Tampa FL area just south of Philadelphia. I needed to drop by this facility with my DL to add me as a driver. It seems like a new place. Lots of trucks. New building. People that helped were friendly. Oh…and the pricing was much better than U-Haul.”
