Great desk service on Saturdays. Lady was very nice helping me with all my needs. Money orders and pre-paid envelopes!

The white woman with the blonde hair needs to brush up her customer service skills. Very rude and bossy tells me which post office I should be going to.

They cannot park correctly. No regards to the people who live in the apts and houses that need to park there. Post master and drivers take up unnecessary room for their vehicles. They have a driveway they can use to park one of the vehicles, but they won't do that, to much of an inconvenience on their part to have to move it when their mail truck comes, which comes only a couple of times. They take up two spots for one car/truck.

I'm not sure why people give this such a low rating, other than it's a small location? I have had great experiences there every time I go. The staff are friendly, they recommend the most appropriate things and don't try to upsell me. And they're just kind people. Right now, kindness is my key quality in frequenting a place. Nobody got time for mean people in Covid.

This is the conversation I just had with the woman working at USPS today: Me: Hi I'd like 2 books of stamps, please - for a total of 40. Her: We don't sell books of stamps in packs of 20. We only sell them in packs of 11. Me: Ok...I'll take four packs of 11, then. -She rings me out- Me (in my car): Why did 44 stamps cost me 44 dollars? That doesn't make any sense when they're .55 cents each... Me: *counts the number of stamps per book and finds that each book has 20 damn stamps in it and she sold me 80 stamps instead of 40* How do you work at USPS and not know that 20 stamps come in a book? And that selling a book of 11 stamps is ridiculous? And that when the cost comes up at $44, you sold me double the amount of stamps I need? Parking here also sucks.

I just moved to Prospect Park a month ago and they helped me track down a package that was going to my old house and get it delivered to me!! Seriously some of the nicest people I have ever had to deal with!! Thank you for showing me there are still good people left in the world.
