The gentleman we spoke with was beyond proficient in his area of expertise and got to the bottom of it within minutes. He was super professional, understood every concern of ours, and took the best care I feel could be given and represented by the USPS. Highly satisfied with the customer service we received, I forget the gentleman's name but he's been there 30+ years and he is fantastic.”
