“They have a variety of machines they have weights free weights they have it all you name it they have it. $5 a day or $30 for a month this place is the best when you're in punxsutawney or if you live there. The biggest pet peeve I have of any gym don't just quickly wipe down your machine take a minute to wipe down the whole machine at least two or three times be sanitary I would recommend this gym to anybody a lot of friendly people work there and a lot of friendly people go there you'll get the best workout here”

“I have been a member here since i turned 65 and joined on my silver sneakers program. It was probably the best thing I ever did for myself, now three years later, I’m still going strong, I love the environment and all the wonderful friends I have made along the way, I look forward to my workouts Monday- Friday. So I highly recommend to come down and check the place out. I tell myself and everyone “JUST SHOW UP ‘”
