I won't be back unless I get some type of refund. You all bent me over because of a 1099. I can't possibly think of a reason to justify a couple more clicks of your computer to charge me so much to file one more form. I did some checking with who I may or may not use next year. Depending on your response. It was greedy!!!!I'm not blaming the lady who prepared my taxes she was just doing her job. She gets 5 stars. But Jackson Hewitt doesn't deserve the one they make you give just to post this review.

My tax preparation lady was very nice and pleasant. She prepared my taxes 2 years ago at her Indiana location and she called me this.year and said she was in Punxsutawney. There was a few questions I had and she was able to promptly answer them. The service was fast and simple.

Pleasantly surprised with the service. I normally go with a different large box outfit but the prices this year seemed high so my wife and I decided to give JH a try. Could not have had a better experience. Bobbi was the preparer and she was a gem. She didn't even make fun of me when I forgot my license. Rather than making us wait, she allowed me to leave and fill in the information with the wife whilst I ran back to the homestead to pick up my license. That saved us some time and I didn't have to get yelled at by the wife on the way home for wasting peoples time. MOreover, they gave a generous savings to switch! The motto should be let us give you $100 off when the other folks let you down lol. Pleasant surprise indeed! Thank you Bobbi and JH we will refer friends for the extra incentives :).

Have gotten our taxes done with Jackson Hewitt for many years now. We have been pleased with their service. Great people and very knowledgeable.
