“My mom and I took her very sick dog there. Let’s first say they squeezed us in right away. Anyway, Old Dr. Wise was getting ready to draw some blood and my mom’s Trudy died right on the table. Trudy kept gasping every couple minutes but she really had passed already. You can imagine this was hard on my mom because it lasted like 5 minutes. Dr. Wise walked right over and hugged my mom until Trudy stopped. My mom said it was a very comforting hug that really did help her through the end. Doc Wise showed so much compassion for Trudy and my mother that I couldn’t thank him enough! My mom’s other dog is an absolute hand full at vets office. When being treated he wants to bite every one of us. It takes two of us to hold him down. Old Doc Wise takes the chance and does what is needed. Some vets wouldn’t even take him in! So, what some complain of makes him a good vet! The staff are amazing as well!”
