1 star because the staff was friendly, otherwise it would be zero.
I called ahead to confirm that this location could issue a general fishing license. When I arrived it was obvious that the systems/computers the staff needs to use to perform various services were not set up for all staff within the building.
The staff member who tried to assist me had to set up her account on multiple computers before she could assist me (she stated she was new to this location; if this is the case why not check that you can access all the systems you need when you first arrive as part of normal employee onboarding?). Once that was done they had issues with print settings on the fishing license printer, and ultimately they could not get the printer to work. I had already paid for the fishing license, so I waited in the store for about 40 minutes. While I was waiting multiple staff were diverted to assist with the printer issue, causing other customers to be delayed as well.
Eventually I couldn't wait any longer and had to run other errands so I decided to call back to check about 1.5 hours after leaving the store. When I called back they let the phone ring for 8 minutes; while the phone was ringing from my number (I left my name and number with the staff for a callback that never came), I called from a different number and they picked up immediately.... avoiding dealing with the situation?
Ultimately they had to issue me a refund.
Polite and friendly, but disorganized, unable to fulfill services, and employees don't seem to be equipped with working systems that are required to do their jobs.
Avoid at all costs unless you have 2+ hours to wait for nothing.

Went in for a fishing license. One customer ahead of us. When that customer left, we sat for another 10 minutes before giving up and leaving. This is the third time this sort of thing has happened at AAA. I don’t think we will bother to renew our membership, it doesn’t appear they are responsive or take members time seriously.

I needed an international drivers permit and Sody Thach handled the transaction quickly and professionally. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Everyone at the location was friendly and helpful. Very easy and great service.

Sody and Sandy were phenomenal professionals! I felt very welcomed and enjoyed the conversation as well as the service. I’m thankful that I was in the area and that this was the location I went to for tags and title services.I came in with a smile, and left with an even bigger smile thanks to the dynamic duo.

If you are going for title work or maybe even anything else avoid the middle aged woman with short hair at any cost!

Still waiting. They said they would be here an hour ago. If I'm paying for this and I'm 10 min to a customer assistance location, I would expect quicker service. What am I paying for if they take forever to get here. Not convenience, that's for sure. I could have walked to a gas station and back by now. It's freezing and I've received no updates. I'll cancel my membership soon and find a better roadside assistance

My experience: I have been a AAA Auto Club member for decades. I stood in the Quakertown store waiting for someone to notice me. The sign said "Ring the Bell," so I did. A middle aged woman who hadn't even acknowledged my presence called out "Just take a seat!" in a dismissive, demeaning tone. Sounded like she was talking to a 2nd grade child who didn't line up for recess properly. No indication of how long it would take. Waited and waited, ignored. Finally I left, went to a local attorney's office, and got my document notarized in minutes. When I need AAA, I will take the extra time to drive to the Landsdale office where you are treated in a decent manner. This AAA employee was "customer no service."

Very disappointed. Went in to the office to get help booking a flight. Only one person in there and she couldn't help me. The travel agent was in Disney World. You would think they would have more than one agent. Won't go back.

I called to see if AAA has guide books for Universal parks and maps for the parks. The lady was very helpful but no books or maps available. She encouraged me to call back since they normally due.
