After meeting with their travel agent trying to plan a trip to Europe he ignored my multiple emails and calls. Will not be returning

Sody and Sandy were phenomenal professionals! I felt very welcomed and enjoyed the conversation as well as the service. I’m thankful that I was in the area and that this was the location I went to for tags and title services.I came in with a smile, and left with an even bigger smile thanks to the dynamic duo.

If you are going for title work or maybe even anything else avoid the middle aged woman with short hair at any cost!

Still waiting. They said they would be here an hour ago. If I'm paying for this and I'm 10 min to a customer assistance location, I would expect quicker service. What am I paying for if they take forever to get here. Not convenience, that's for sure. I could have walked to a gas station and back by now. It's freezing and I've received no updates. I'll cancel my membership soon and find a better roadside assistance

My experience: I have been a AAA Auto Club member for decades. I stood in the Quakertown store waiting for someone to notice me. The sign said "Ring the Bell," so I did. A middle aged woman who hadn't even acknowledged my presence called out "Just take a seat!" in a dismissive, demeaning tone. Sounded like she was talking to a 2nd grade child who didn't line up for recess properly. No indication of how long it would take. Waited and waited, ignored. Finally I left, went to a local attorney's office, and got my document notarized in minutes. When I need AAA, I will take the extra time to drive to the Landsdale office where you are treated in a decent manner. This AAA employee was "customer no service."

Very disappointed. Went in to the office to get help booking a flight. Only one person in there and she couldn't help me. The travel agent was in Disney World. You would think they would have more than one agent. Won't go back.

I called to see if AAA has guide books for Universal parks and maps for the parks. The lady was very helpful but no books or maps available. She encouraged me to call back since they normally due.

Paid for an annual membership in November. In January, I locked my keys in the car and called for assistance. I was told that my membership expired. Despite an attempt to renew on the spot, no one was able to help. The next day, I found out that I had a membership because I saw my credit card charged back in November. I called again to find out what happened. The claim was that it was a different AAA office but I had a valid AAA card at home to prove my membership. Since I paid for a full year and they did not help, I asked for a full refund. The woman agreed and the call ended. A month later, a partial refund showed up on my credit card. Still looking to find out what happened. Allegedly, the whole confusion was because I moved 2.5 years ago, into another AAA region. I don't believe this to be true because I was able to use AAA services 1.5 years ago when I was stuck in snow. These people do not have their act together at all. All I'm still trying to do is get the remainder of my full refund, then I want nothing to do with this company ever again.
