I went to ATI many years ago after knee surgery. I felt very comfortable, my therapist was not only friendly but also knowledgeable. Now my back has gone out and I requested my doctor to write my script for ATI. They take my insurance and the atmosphere is peaceful and low key. I am having the same experience I did last time. I took someone to a hospital affiliated with their own physical therapy. It was chaotic, crowded and noisy.

The staff is very well trained and professional. Gave me pertinent exercises to do at home and personal instruction each visit. They are friendly and quite helpful to do exercises for my therapy.

These guys are top notch! I had a torn meniscus with tricompartmental advanced OA . Was waking at night in pain and had lots of swelling and limited mobility and strength in that leg. Kevin set up a very affective program to reduce the swelling, pain and limitation of rom. After approx 10 weeks of PT with them and at home program implementation - I have greatly improved!!! They are thorough, encouraging and kindly professional! I highly recommend their team in Quakertown!!!

My son has had a very good experience here. They were able to get him in quicker than the 3 big hospital names that we had usually used. Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very personable and caring too! Thanks to Brian, Mason and all who helped us!

One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve encountered in healthcare. Insurance info was submitted in advance. I was told I was fully covered and in-network prior to my first appointment. Once I arrived, I was told they couldn’t verify my insurance (strangely) but stated it must have been an error. I proceeded with the appointment and halfway through, I was again informed my insurance came back verified, in-network. One week later, they called to state they could not verify the insurance AGAIN. I contacted my provider directly who confirmed they were in network. When I called to relay the info, they again apologized and stated it must have been a system error, but they were able to verifymy coverage.Weeks later a receive a bill in the mail.They charged me directly for the visit ($420), and never submitted the bill to my insurance provider. My provider has been going back and forth with their billing department for almost 3 months. During every interaction, they apologize and promise to correct the issue, yet here we are 3 months later.I’m just grateful I only visited once. Imagine the nightmare multiple visits would have caused. I would’ve made them my primary PT if it weren’t for this debacle. The appointment went well overall, but they need to get their administrative process in order.

ATI of Quakertown has been a marvelous experience from day one. To the customer service on the phone to the process of healing has been wonderful. Tight squad and always paying attention to the clients to ensure an easier recovery process and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support and hard work of the Quakertown team!

I didn’t want it to end!!! The care and kindness I received from the very first interaction with the staff was unremarkable. I appreciated the accommodations they made for me with my hectic schedule concerning work/personal obligations. Jenna, always knew just where I hurt and what muscles needed manipulation!! Accomplished master of making my pain more manageable without the use of medications…..Brian and Mason you also will be missed. I can’t thank you all enough!! I thank you so very much for all the exercises you showed me as I continue to do 3X/week to stay strong!! May blessings find you for all you do for others. Thank you beyond words.

I went to see Brian and the awesome staff at ATI after years of dealing with knee pain while running. I had tried physical therapy with different providers before and other treatments without success. I went from running marathons to not being able to run at all without severe pain. I was at the point of giving PT one more try before giving up completely. Brian and the staff at ATI worked on the root of the problem and explained each step in the process. It is great to now be able to get out and run while I continue to build strength and incorporate what I learned in PT. I would highly recommend Brian and the staff ATI!

The staff is phenomenal! My PT is Jenna who takes so much care and so much time with her patience. I have had physical therapy in the past and this far exceeds the experience. from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Mason who is an exercise physiologist, the sessions themselves Where Brian the other physical therapist is always there for guidance and encouragement to all the patients as Jenna is with all of her patients and any other patient she was there. I am coming along in my recovery from a horrific accident and they are always there friendly and willing to work with their patients to get them to their goals! They have their mission statement painted on the wall :To exceed customer expectations by providing the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment.The team at ATI in QuakertownPennsylvania does all of those things listed in their mission statement!Thank you to Jenna, Brian and Mason for making recovery easier.
