Horrible experience. The good old bait and switch. They gave me a monthly estimate. Nowhere near what my bill came in at. Spent over 8 hours there in four different seatings to find out their employee. Didn't know what they were doing. I was supposed to be the one to figure it all out in the fine print because the employee was uneducated about what they were selling. My bill is still roughly $75 More than the estimate so go through everything with a fine-tooth comb after being a 33-year Verizon customer.... Manager said she would make all sorts of adjustments. Nothing came about they're as bad as used car salesman Now that being said, Verizon isn't much better bunch of fast talkers working there too

It’s unfortunate how corporations treat their employees. I have yet to return to this location due to hearing that Joshua was let go for reasons that make absolutely no sense. Joshua was the best sales representative there and helped resolve so many issues. He helped me so much and I hope the best for him and his son,

I went into an AT&T Quakertown. Ask some questions about what’s going on with my phone. I spoke to Angel. He was very helpful, Angel was very knowledgeable about my iPhone or anybody else’s iPhone. I would recommend him 100%.
