“I would like to acknowledge a Battery Tech by the name of Rafael Perez who had come to help me today with my 2012 Jetta.. I had just returned back to the Lehigh Valley for my father funeral services and my car would not turn over.. I had gotten a lot of work recently done to it and did not think upon my return I would have had any issues.. He had come out to help with a jump … he was unable to get it to register.. which meant my battery was completely drained.. he helped to remove it and suggested to take it to a local Auto Zone as they would have that kind of charger and time needed for that charge.. When I returned back to Auto zone.. I was told that the battery wouldn’t charge.. I had to get a whole new battery.. Rafael had told me he would assist me if I needed help.. and he had..
