It offers conventional units in various sizes. The overall experience is often described as great, with an easy, simple, and quick online rental process. Customers receive their unit and gate access information quickly. The staff is friendly and provides follow-up calls. However, there have been isolated notes about side gates being left open, which is a security concern. There were also some initial computer system problems, but these were resolved without preventing move-in.
A friendly, helpful person answered the phone each time I called and knew what they were talking about. They emailed me information each time to wrap up our conversation as well.
