Storage Sense Quakertown is a self-service storage facility located near N Hellertown Ave and E Mill St. The facility is completely fenced with security gates, well lit, and uses individual access codes for safety. It offers conventional units in various sizes. The overall experience is often described as great, with an easy, simple, and quick online rental process. Customers receive their unit and gate access information quickly. The staff is friendly and provides follow-up calls. However, there have been isolated notes about side gates being left open, which is a security concern. There were also some initial computer system problems, but these were resolved without preventing move-in.
Very easy to move in/out and access at any time. 10/10 would have my entire life uprooted and need a storage unit again

A friendly, helpful person answered the phone each time I called and knew what they were talking about. They emailed me information each time to wrap up our conversation as well.
