Have had problems with Truist for over 3 years. Latest involved them doubling the fee for safe deposit boxes. Decided to cancel it. Saw online that they were getting ready to do automatic transfer from my account to pay the fee. But I never authorized an auto transfer. Went to office and asked why and was told they had an authorization to transfer. Asked to see it. I never received the form in the mail as promised. It had a forged signature. They tried saying it was mine but it definitely is not and one representative agreed it was not. They never verified with me that was really my signature. Asked for a copy of the form and they refused.

Been here since the location opened and there’s always only one teller. If you don’t have ten minutes to spare, don’t go. They need to improve their online services if they aren’t letting employees in the bank.

Probably the worst customer service ive ever received anywhere. Went to the drive through, pressed the call button, waited multiple minutes with no response. I pressed the button a few times to get help when the lady on the speaker started yelling at me for pushing the button stating that she was “looking right at me” and that i should have seen her behind the mirrored glass. she then proceeded to hold on to my card and id and take enough time to hand draw each individual bank note i was withdrawing. We ended up sitting there idling for 20 minutes. I hope that lady has a very non-merry christmas and gets coal in her stocking.

Amazingly kind when I called toward the end of the day with logistical questions. Always helpful when I needed advice. Very understanding about day to day banking and just overall friendly and polite branch.

Since they have bought out my mortgage, I have had to call about an issue 5 times in 7 months. They always apologize for the error. They are either incredibly incompetent or of questionable business practices. I have heard nothing but complaints about this mortgage company and their online reviews reflect that.

It was ok, only drawback was having to wait over 30 min. to see a banker to open accounts. But on a plus, got to take a much needed power nap!

Very Disappointed with Truist. I was w that bank since the beginning. I have gone threw Sellersville savings and loan, to National Penn bank , to BB and T bank to Suntrust now Truist being the absolute worst. Not to mention I still have a BBand T bank card. I have t been updated to a Truist card. Now I go in and try to change my acct to an overdraft protection account. I used to work at National Penn bank and am wide aware of how the system works. Sandy Jim and Diane were the best bankers ever and did what was best for the customer. Now the customer service blows. I was told I needed an appointment to discuss the accounts w someone. I said no. Please just switch my account type. Again I was told no. I asked, does my account # change? She said no. I asked do I need to checks? She said no. ( I am also still using National Penn Checks) . I said so if nothing changes, let me sign anything I might need, and change my type of account. Again I was told no. I said I don’t want any other accounts. I don’t want to invest money. I don’t want any sales pitches. Please just give me what I want. Nope not allowed. Also no change counter? It’s 2023 and I have to roll my change??I’d leave immediately but I have direct deposit.I’d also rate a zero.Save your time , bank elsewhere.

I wish there was a zero option. Upon arrival we asked to speak with someone who could help us with opening a joint account. The teller asked us to sit and someone would be with us.After waiting 35 plus minutes the clown who was in his office who saw us sitting outside waiting finally wrapped up his conversation and walked out to tell us that they were closing and we should have made an appointment. At this point we are going to close the accounts we do have and open up an account at PNC. It’s frustrating because we have an account here since my wife was born. It’s obvious anyone would want to go home when their business closes but to have seen us waiting outside and not even help is astounding. Or better yet, the teller could have said that they were closing in 20 minutes and they could schedule us an appointment since the ONLY person in the building who can open up an new account was busy flirting with a client for who knows how long. It’s a shame because ever since Covid happened it has given businesses the excuse to give poor service and expect it to become the new norm. It’s understandable that since people can be paid to sit at home wouldn’t be motivated to get a job at all the multiple businesses hiring, but it’s frustrating.Don’t bother sending your business here if you ever need service within a half hour of them closing. Worthless.

The tellers were closing and locking their doors before closing time at 5:00pm. I waited 25 mins to be helped because both tellers counted their money & closed their drawers out again BEFORE 5:00pm. They proceeded to tell me how I would be waiting a very long time as the guy in front of me had a lot of deposits. I had no problem waiting and told them that and they continued to complain about the time I WOULD BE WAITING. They are very RUDE and unprofessional. Don’t come to this location. They will huff and puff about DOING THEIR JOBS until you leave.

It seams like everytime that I try to get into the bank the lobby is closed, they change their hours with out notice and they need to hire MORE TELLERS!! I think its time to look for a different bank....

Worst branch around, I have been banking with BBT since it was KNBT but have had enough of the attitude and random closures. Officially closing my account and going elsewhere.

I wish zero stars was an option.. if you lack imagination and wish to go to see the worst bank in the tri-state, you should try and store some money here. Its a disgrace. American heritage is less than a mile away and thats where I do all my banking. You will want nothing to do with BB&T because of this particular branch. Save yourself GO TO AMERICAN HERITAGE instead.
