Bought online, I walked in and they asked my name and by the time I got to the truck and pulled up front, they were walking it out!!! Great people, Great service !!!

I recently reached out to Geek Squad and scheduled a home visit to do some extensive work with mounting a tv and cleaning up wires. As well as adding Cat 6 tips to my ethernet.
After a great home visit I was told I would receive a bid by end of the day or tomorrow at the latest. Well, I never heard back from them with a bid.
I reached out to the store and got the run around and transferred 3 to 4 times before just getting so mad I hungup.
I found the entire experience unprofessional and a waste of my busy schedule. I blocked off 3 hours for their window visit and put my clients on hold which hurt my business.
Not good Best Buy. More like Not Best Buy!

I went into Best Buy to get an Amazon tablet. I wanted a Kindle Paperwhite. Not something obscure but they did not even have one in stock. They have a lot of employees walking around. Perhaps they should do inventory. I was told they could send it to me. I could have Amazon deliver one to me. I tried to keep local stores in business.
I ended up going to Target. They had one. It's a shame Best buy is doing so poor but it's their own fault.

Walked in looking to buy a new refrigerator. My husband and I perused the selection discussing options, etc. As we walked in we noticed 5 employees at the front of the store, in a group. We stayed for 15-20 minutes. We were the ONLY customers in the store at the time. Not a single salesperson greeted us or came to assist. We walked out. Looks like we’ll spend our $3K elsewhere. Disappointing.
