I took my car to this location because it was close to my home and convenient. I now wish I had never done so. After the first accident repair, I later realized that several subtle but important issues were not fixed properly.
Three years later, I was involved in another motor vehicle accident and, for the same reason of convenience, brought my car back to this shop. The same areas were involved, and they used photos from the first accident that had been shared with the insurance company. Because of this, the damage was labeled as “pre-existing,” making it nearly impossible for me to get proper coverage or repairs the second time around.
Had the initial repair been done correctly, this would not have been an issue. Unfortunately, the poor quality of the first repair directly impacted my ability to have the car fixed after the second accident. This shop seems to work more in the interest of the insurance company rather than the customer.
I would strongly advise against taking your car here.

From the moment my car was transported here after an accident the Quakertown location was amazing, my car was transported from the tow lot a day before a holiday, and my advisor Chad called me the moment my car got there, was quick to give the estimate and get parts ordered, communication was great throughout the entire repair process, and hats off to Quinn in the paint department, he did a phenomenal job. And the rest of the team, my car came back cleaner than it was prior to repair inside and out!

Quality work. Everyone was very nice. Work was completed on time. Can get pick up and drop off with rental car at shop. Nice waiting area and restrooms. Coffee. Would Def use again but hope I don't need them!

I had a great experience! They ordered parts from several places to see which would come in first to ensure the quickest turn around, kept me informed, and even cleaned the inside of my car which I greatly appreciated. I would return! Chad was great!

Had my car in for an insurance repair and was very satisfied with the service. Through text messages (my preferred contact method), I was updated during every step of the process. Customer service was prompt and friendly. The repairs were completed prior to the expected completion date and my vehicle was clean and smelled great upon pickup. I highly recommend Caliber for body work.

By far, the best Collision Center in Quakertown! They are experts in their field! My Lexus looked perfect after being repaired! My service advisor, Nick Meier, was the BEST!

Feel bad giving them less stars because the detailing work was nice after the repairs. Took them 2 weeks for a windshield and I was told 2-3 days. Very sad, they should have checked availability on part before confirming my drop off time and day.

Awesome experience at the Caliber Collision shop in Quakertown. I had 2 vehicles repaired and the quality of the work was excellent. I was kept informed of the progress and notified promptly when the work was completed. The staff was extremely helpful and I would certainly recommend this shop!
