The service dept of Flemington Subaru and there communication was one of the worst-case experiences in my over 40 years of driving and going to dealerships. I did send 2 emails explaining my concerns without any reply but I did get 2 text messages about giving a review. Well here is my review... hope you are happy.

Scheduled an appointment for security updates on my 2013 hyundai elantra in Quakertown. I was informed of several recalls dating back to 2015. Doing a history on the vehicle it was purchased and all the services were done at ciocca Quakertown. When I asked about how this could happen I was insulted and told I was wrong that this wouldn't happen. But yet all the recalls were done on 08/08/2023(have the paperwork) and they were who informed me of the recalls. Two of the recalls could have possibly caused an accident. Yes ciocca I did my research, so at purchase a little over 4mo ago I was lied to when told the vehicle was 100%. Turns out it wasn't. Six or more recalls, two of which were dangerous, several running lights are out that I didn't know they even existed,($39 a piece to install cost is about $8 ea and 10min per to install on most 5min each on 2 to install). About an hour for all of them and want to charge me just short of $300.. All of this should have been done prior to my purchase. Almost $13K for this and I quote, we will not sell you an unsafe vehicle. This is what I was told the day I bought it and it came with new inspection stickers, so this tells me that their mechanic missed a few things including the AC not working. Will I return for any future purchases or services, I don't think so. No honor or respect in this company only money.

Purchased the 2022 Forester Wilderness from Ciocca of Pleasantville 12/17/2022. It was an ok experience. Once purchased I never had a call or any contact concerning the purchase. Nothing. Not even to let me know my tags were in. One the 31 of December had a minor fender bender , someone bumped my passenger front and rear door with their tire. The ciocca promise. Was told by collision experts to bring car in for insurance repair on Jan 31. Told 5 to 7 business days for repair. Mind you did not take rental through our insurance. We were never kept informed on the status of vehicle. We called on numerous occasions to no one answering the phone. Well after 3 weeks and one day go and get the car it’s finally done. We go and pick up the car. My husband drives it home and says as he was coming up the driveway the tire light came on. Mind you 35 minutes home from dealer. I say wow that’s weird. I go out and look which light it is. And I have 800 extra miles on odometer from when I dropped it off. The vehicle had 1642 when dropped off. Now 2410. Isn’t that a great promise. Who drove my car?

Several months ago I purchased an Audi from Ciocca VW Allentown. With that purchase came a free oil change. I live in Philadelphia so driving back to Allentown was not an option. After speaking with the service department at VW they assured me that Ciocca Suburu in Philadalphia were capable of servicing the change. When I made the appointment I specifically requested genuine Audi (German) parts be used. Not so, I now have installed a cheap STP, Chinese manufacturered 5K miles oil filter. Then, to add insult to injury they over-filled my A4 (6 quarts). The capacity is just about 5 quarts. It was necessary to return to the dealership so the excess oil could be drained out.I'm hopeing no damage has occurred.I guess you get what you pay for.Live and Learn!.

Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester is the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with. In March I sat down with their new car sales manager with my GM Supplier Program build sheet. They informed me that they participate in the program but could not order my truck until GM allowed it and they would contact me when they could order. I over emphasized that what I had on my build sheet was what I wanted. After six weeks I finally called back to see if they heard from GM. They informed me that they were given the go ahead to place my order which they placed two weeks earlier than me calling. I was confused as why I did not get notification prior to the order but felt confident since they did have my build sheet. I asked for the official build sheet that they sent and I was given an official Work Bench Order that was used by GM. To my frustration, three of the main packages that I wanted on the truck were not even ordered. I was assured that everything would be on it but it didn't list things as packages but item numbers. I further researched item numbers and again those items were not on the truck but I was assured that they would be. Fast forward six months as I see a vehicle that was close to what I ordered in transit to the dealership. I called to question timing and I was told that it was definitely the truck assigned to me. Wow, not even close to what I ordered and I could not have made it any easier for them to order the right truck. I scheduled a meeting with the new car sales manager Brian to see how they were going to fix the problem or make the problem easier to deal with. He informed me that their customers in the past that had the same issue just took ownership of the vehicle anyway. Well, I'm not one of those customers. The only other option was to look at their other Ciocca dealerships to see if they had a truck closer to what I wanted. Way to make your potential customer feel valued. We are only going to look at our dealerships and not at outside dealerships to make things right. Got a call the following week that they didn't find anything for me and also that they weren't going to honor my GM Supplier Program that I was told six months prior that they participated. Well, within five minutes of searching Chevy's inventory, I found the exact truck that I wanted at a Chevy dealership in Maryland. Guess if you want things done right, you have to do it yourself. Ciocca Chevy in West Chester has lost a loyal Chevy owner for good. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Do not buy a car from Ciocca dealerships! We purchased Subaru from them 1 year ago. It had a bad battery that left my wife stranded several times. They refuse to make this right including accepting the fact that they could not diagnose a bad battery. So now that I replaced the battery myself, they refuse to compensate for the battery, or even accept any responsibility for leaving my wife stranded. Again do not go to a big corporate store thinking you are gonna get good service, you are just a very small fish in the big ocean and they don't care!!Lee Hilbert

Customer service was above and beyond felt like I am the king. Price was great and discounted. Recommend my coworker to Ben for Subaru Outback and Forester Wilderness.

Made appointment with Express care to change oil. They told me they were running 1 hour and 20 mins behind. I had an appointment! They didn't even bother to call me to tell me this. They didn't have a rental car to use. Offered a shuttle. Like my time doesn't matter. Suppose to be express? Only if not busy. Don't bother making apt. Sales department is Great!

Worst place to work for. ”managers” don't know how to manage anything and customers are ignorant. You’d better off going somewhere else to buy or apply.

I cannot thank the service team at Ciocca Honda in Harrisburg enough for their help when my car had a flat tire on Route 81 near exit 77. They provided a courtesy van to pick up myself and my three passengers, they ordered and installed the new tire and even put my car through their car wash. All while we waited comfortably in their customer lounge. I drive a BMW not a Honda...and have never bought a thing from this Company. The young lady, Dylan, is a sweetheart and saw to our every need. When I am ready for a new car, you can bet Ciocca Honda will be on my list. In this day and age when good old fashion help is rare, I think this Company should be commended for their help . Please consider them if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle. Thanks so much again Ciocca Honda and your wonderful staff.

My daughter bought a ford explorer 6 months ago. A/c condenser went. They wanted over $4500 to fix. This is the second car within a year from them that they've had problems. Now she has found that her valve stems on tires are broke!!! She has 2 little girls and is pregnant. Completely take advantage of people. Do NOT buy from them.
