I took our 2021 Palisades to Ciocca Hyundai to address some rattling noise coming from the rear passenger side wheel well. They didn't have the parts in stock, so I had to come back. When I returned, they replaced the wrong side! They addressed the driver's side while the work order clearly listed the passenger side. So, I had to go back AGAIN. After they "addressed" the correct side, it still didn't fix the problem. Other work needed to be done, parts not in stock again, and now I need to go back a THIRD time. Third time's a charm.... well not entirely. While they finally fixed the rear strut issue, I also asked them to check our steering column because it makes a weird rubbing sound. They handed me my keys, said the car was done, and they never even looked at the steering issue (even though it was listed on the work order).I would not recommend Ciocca Hyundai to anyone, as they clearly have demonstrated to be incompetent and asleep at the wheel. I'll happily take my business elsewhere going forward, and I suggest you do the same as well.

If only their "one single-minded focus" was ACTUALLY 100% customer satisfaction. Writing to notify others of the horrible customer service experience I've had over the course of the last 5 days while my car sat in their service center. And yes, I did finally speak to the service manager in person and express all of my concerns and dissatisfaction with the entire service center and customer service experience after 5 days of trying to get a hold of someone. The only communication I ever received was a video of my car from the automotive tech describing what was wrong. No one ever reached out to me after that with information or updates as to what was being done or when it would be done. And good luck getting a hold of someone to actually talk to on the phone. I had called them 22 times in 5 days to try and get through to any sales, service or scheduling person who would actually connect me with someone to speak to. I left a message on a receptionists line, service center specialists line (who was supposed to be the one in communication with me about my car), and had been "transferred" to other departments only for the phone to ring 5 times and go to voicemail each time. When asking to speak with a service manager on the phone I was told they were "busy" and I could leave my name and number (which I did) and no one ever called. So it took me going in today to finally pick up my car to speak with a manager. Absolutely absurd considering you have an angry customer. Beyond frustrated and disappointed and unfortunately, they won't be seeing my business there again. All I wanted was a phone call and information on the status of my vehicle. And they don't provide loaners so we've been a single car household until now which has been quite the adjustment when you work nights and have appointments to get to. Definitely a lack of communication within the entire service center or dealership that led to this. I've never had such a horrible experience at any other automotive center I've been to.

Phil was great, explained what he had in their inventory in our price range. He was very friendly and offered to show us as many cars as we wanted to see to make us happy. Having spent most of the afternoon with us, answering questions and working to get us the best deal, we knew we were in good hands. We are very pleased with our purchase. The Finance guys are great and patient and Phil is an asset. Thank you for making our experience so positive. We will definitely be back. Give them your business.

Disgustingly high labor price, and not once disclosed the price. Double what I've had at any other garage. Definitely rather drive an extra hr away to go back to my home garage

Have been getting my car serviced here for 10 years and have always been happy with the results. The newly renovated facility really elevates the experience!

Great service area, you can now view your car being worked on while you wait in a really nice waiting room. Plus snacjs and coffee or tea and water.

Scheduling a recurring service here is too hard. I've been a customer for cars and service for many years, watching customer service get worse and worse. On-line system says nothing is available for waiting customers and no one seems to answer the phone or return calls. Moving to Fred Beans service. Let's see how they do.

My wife went in for an oil change and tire rotation that is covered by Hyundai Complementary Service for 3 years/36k miles. Car is a 2022 with 20k miles on it and the advisor told her it would be $160 and that complementary service does not exist. It's straight from Hyundai's website and she had to pull it up to show the advisor! Back to Faulkner Hyundai we will go for honest work and also NO MSRP markups!!! Highly do not recommend this place!

THis is one of the absolute worst places to take your car to get serviced. I bought my Hyundai Tuscon CPO from this dealer. Within 6 month of my purchse my car was eating oil. Took it in for an oil consumption test, it failed. They did some cheap fix and told me it was fine after overfilling it with oil. 6 months later my Catalytic converter goes bad I got gaslit for 20 min by this place while they told me "Catalytic converters go all the time in 5 year old cars, it's totally normal". NO it's not. So my car was bleeding oil for over a year, you all gaslit me and tole me I was crazy and my car was fine. Fast forward to two weeks ago when my entire engine blew while I had my small kids in the car. Over the last two weeks I have left 3 messages and send two emails to my serivce tech asking for copies of all the paperwork that was sent to Hyundai for my replacement engine and NOTHING. I'd drive up there to see what's up..... BUT I DONT HAVE A CAR!!! Meanwhile I've been told I may have to wait up to THREE months for my replacement engine to be approved and you won't give me a loaner car until it's approved. Stay away from this place. They suck. I'd give them zero stars if I could

Unprofessional and dishonest. Took my car in that I just bought to have diagnostic on it after owning it for 1 week. Told dealership about what was going wrong. They charged me $2,000 and said the car was safe to drive. Two days later the car continued to have the same issues. By the time I went back to dealership with the car, I was told the old owner had the car serviced there and that less then 6 months ago they relayed to previous owner that computer & electric system was corroded and not functioning and no replacement was available. I paid for work to be done to the car, then took them up on their recommendation to replace tires at $1100. Dealership continued to charge me for what they knew wouldn’t solve the issues I was having. The service department is dishonest and charged me for the diagnostic 2x. Then when asked about trade in value, especially after spending $3000, they offered me $409 more than the cost of the tires that experienced 3 days of use. What was extremely shocking was that the told me they never looked under the hood once. If they did, they would have seen the parts being unsecured with no bolts or washers. Unbelievably unprofessional that the basics were so overlooked by their technicians.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought in my dead car on the 27th and was told it would be looked at on the 5th, still no call or any information.

Hard to reach anyone on the phone. On several occasions I’ve discovered new problems within 72 hours of picking up my car. Very expensive. Getting straight answers when asking pointed questions seems to go nowhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Do not buy a brand-new car from this dealership. Their technicians are incompetent and they try to scam you out of the warranty. A one-star review for this review is generous given what I just went through. About 2 months ago, my 2022 Hyundai Kona overheated on the highway. At highway speed, the dash alarms were going off and the temperature needle was pinned in the red. I had my car towed to the Ciocca Hyundai dealership in Quakertown. At the dealership, I was told there was no coolant in the car, despite the fact that it had been recently topped up and a recent oil change at the same dealership. This seemed strange to me seeing as the car was brand new. 7 weeks later, I took my car back to the dealership for a routine oil change. Expecting the typical service for an oil change, I was told that my radiator was leaking and would need to be replaced at a cost of $1200. This is a brand-new car. I am the first owner. It should be covered by warranty, but the service agent pointed to a flimsy plastic tab on the front right corner of the grill and told me that it indicated that I'd been in an accident, negating the warranty coverage on the radiator. No scratches to the body, bumper, or undercarriage. No such front-end collision of any kind happened in the past six months of owning this brand-new car. But they insisted that this was "evidence" and the radiator had to be replaced at my expense $1200. I just came for an oil change and the car is under warranty. Because of their oversight on the first repair attempt when I was stranded on the highway, they claim I am now liable for the exorbitant repair charge. They told me to file an insurance claim on the imaginary accident. I have been licensed to drive for over 35 years. I work as a middle-school teacher. I have a kid. Don't buy a car here. Look elsewhere.
