The service dept went above and beyond. I had a planned trip to Canada and 2 days before the trip the car was making an odd noise. I called , was set up for an early am appt where they dx'd the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed the car by the afternoon so I was off to canada the next am as planned!

Had a 2010 hyundai Elantra that had a recall, got an appointment set up and everything went well, got the part ordered in, advisor by the name of Jeff did a great job helping me out. They did a thorough look through with was great to be able to see under my car without looking myself, had a video and everything. They recommended a lot but didn’t push for any of it, definitely isn’t a greedy dealership like some

Very frustrated with the service on my Sante Fe’s air conditioning system. Took car in in the beginning of June. They told me it needed new hoses. Next week, went in for repair, they ordered wrong part. Days later replaced hoses only to have a/c stop working a few days later. That visit cost me around $380.
Took car back, told me I needed a compressor. Had to come back again bc they did not have part. After compressor was installed, had to come back again bc a/c stopped working. Took car back, said the compressor was bad. Had to wait another week or so for replacement. Was installed only for a/c to fail again. This cost me $635, only bc I had my own extended warranty. Would have cost over $1200 if I didn’t have that. Took car back AGAIN, found fan wires were disconnected. Connected only to have a/c fail again. Just took it back again ( this is my 8th visit and suffered the whole summer w/o a/c. Was now told I needed a condenser, would have cost another $1200.
Now I ask you, did the technicians know what they were doing? Not being able to diagnose the problem? Or did ciocca hundai just keep guessing what the problem was so they could charge me every time.
I am not satisfied with their service or the way the issue was handled. Needless to say I did not want them to replace the condenser nor will I ever have them work on my car again. This saga is not over. I plan on contacting the higher ups in the managerial chain

My wife and I purchased a 2025 Tucson hybrid in the beginning of August from Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown. It was a very positive experience. Evan Packer was our sales representative. Found him very knowledgeable of the vehicle features. Courteous and no high-pressure sales. He followed up with everything that was discussed about the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, we found Evan detailing the vehicle. Dedicated employee.
Also found the electronic sign-off process very efficient. Nick Bono, Finance Manager, was very knowledgeable of the electronic process and assisted us through the necessary signatures. No more paper process.
Thanks for the pleasant experience.

I doubt anyone brings their car here for service. unless they HAVE to. Took my car in for some recall and inspection related stuff. They had my car for 10 days and never called with an update or to let me know i'd be out of a car for 10 days, never offered a rental. On day 11, I decide to call them and I find out it's done. I had to call THEM to find out it was done. After 11 days.

Please. Do not take your vehicle here. They replaced the real differential fluid in my last visit and their technician left the drain plug loosen. It was leaking and I was able to noticed that immediately. Please, I beg you all if you read this: DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You may want to take it to a mom and pop shop, but not here. Lucky for me a mechanic by my house fixed that drain plug and it cost me a few bucks. Let’s see if Ciocca cares about the customer and reads this, I try contacting Michael from the service department and he does not care. Until they don’t reimburse me or do something to gain back the trust, I will find a way to keep complaining.

I had an amazing experience using Ciocca Hyundai of Quackertown. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Maher and Phil Rotzell. They made my experience nice and easy as I was dealing with a family emergency at the same time of needing a new car. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all of our cars in the future!

I had a very positive experience at Hyundai(Quakertown), thanks largely to Carlos Ray. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. Carlos made everything straightforward, and the purchase process was a breeze. The pricing was transparent and easy to understand, which made me feel confident I was getting a great deal. I highly recommend this place and Carlos for anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience.

On July 24, 2024 Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown manager: Steven Douglas refused to cut my prorated GAP insurance warranty contract. Despite me presenting him w/my credit union payoff letter of the car that I had financed w/Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown, PA. That the dealership I traded my Ciocca Hyundai financed car to paid it off. And my same credit union who had financed my Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown, financed car. Qualified me for a used car that allowed me to trade in my Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown financed car. For an different used car. Steven Douglas tried to denied my prorated GAP insurance refund. By lying to me that credit union who financed the car I financed w/Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown was entitled to my entire GAP insurance contracts refund. Which was a lie...when the Pennsylvania law governing car dealership/consumer GAP insurance warranty contracts is clear. That when a consumer has paid off the loan of a financed car s/he is entitled to a prorated refund. Or when a consumer hasn't any further need for GAP insurance contracts warranty. S/he can cancel said contract/receive a prorated refund from either the car dealership he bought said contract from, or the GAP insurance warranty contract company s/he bought said contract from. Not only that I'm owed two other prorated warranty contract refunds from Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown who sold me said contracts, or the said warranty contract company's who's said contracts Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown sold to me. I have called Steven Douglas to seek my prorated GAP insurance contracts refund. But he has ignored my email/phone calls. By telling his receptionist to tell me "he left the dealership early today, he's in a meeting." Or the receptionist will transfer my calls to his voice mail. Who I've left a voicemail on, or Steven Douglas is at Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown in his office/he refuses to take my phone calls. Not only that. Since Steven Douglas denied my GAP insurance refund... I don't know if he ever sent in my documentation for the said two warranty contracts he said I'm entitled to. So suffice it to say, it's deplorable how Ciocca Hyundai Quakertown/manager Steven Douglas ripped me off!

Carlos Rey did an outstanding job, very friendly, professional, and understanding. Super friendly.
Pat also did an excellent job to explain the loan options and services available at Ciocca.
Thank you so much Ciocca Quakertown.
