Today we had the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Larry Cot. We not only found the perfect vehicle but his professionalism and conduct during the the whole procedure was excellent. No haggle no nonsense which can be found with many other dealerships that we had visited. I would highly recommend not only this dealership but also Mr. Larry. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Samantha Sigall proud new owner of a Ford Edge SLE

Nothing worse then a repair shop trying to get you to pay for things that you don't need!

Been going to this service center for years upon years, and the service has completely gone down hill! The service has been going down hill for many years now, but since I had loyalty to this service center, I continued to go in with the hopes that maybe the service would get better, but it is just the opposite! Absolute waste of time! I will NEVER go back with any of my trucks. The final straw was that I broke down and was promised that my truck would be looked at on Monday, and was not looked at until late Thursday afternoon, and than the service center WAY OVER CHARGED me to even look at my truck. The labor rate per hour constantly changes on a daily basis without notice, and the service team in general just does not care about customer service by any means. It is all about how much monies the service department can overcharge and get from their loyal customers, yet providing rude and horrible service in the meantime. Overall, my company and I would spend thousands upon thousands of dollars per year going to this center service because of the quality of work that we USED to receive and the quality of individuals that USED to work within the service center, but apparently those are the days of the past! Anybody that owns a company, please be aware that this service center is NOT the place to take your vehicles!

Had to pay for a repair that mechanic caused with not properly securing axle after an engine replacement caused by a a Ford defect with coolant leakage. Also said I needed a rear arm assembly to pass inspection BUT got it inspected elsewhere, asked about this and they said "no" it did not need to be replaced. I will not take my car here again!

I was quoted over 5000$ for my truck. All I had to do was go to the dealership and finalize the quote. Before they would even look at my truck they sat me down with a sales person and he tried to sell me a car. I was only interested in the Ford maverick because I need the 40 mpg. Apparently it's delayed til next year. The pushy salesman tried to get me to put money down on a truck that doesn't come out for 14 months. When I wouldn't he tried to sell me other cars... was not interested. He was visibly annoyed l. The whole experience reminded me of a timeshare sales pitch. Very pushy and not taking no for an answer. I told him I can't make any decisions before I know how much they are giving me for my truck. After 2 people looked at it they lowered my truck from $5180.00 to $500. They citied underbody surface rust as the major devaluing factor. I looked at it and can confirm the rust was minor and typical of a truck for that age and I'm sure is factored into the original quote. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You may end up being g talked into a car you don't even want and you will regret it for a long time.

Took my 2019 Escape in for inspection & oil change. I specified twice only the oil was to be changed, no tire rotation. They rotated the tires. Internal coolant leak was found. I was told it would take a week & a half. I asked for a loaner car, they never got back to me. Got my car back after 2.5 weeks. Two days later the check engine light came on.

I had a bad experience trying to purchase a Tesla, and decided to research alternative EVs for 2021. When I found out the Mustang Mach-E was in the same class as the Tesla models, we saw that there was a Premium model at Ciocca to test drive. And we decided that if the Mustang drove the way we liked, we'd cancel the Tesla sale & order a Mustang Mach-E Premium. Kris Gerald helped us out, loved the car's drive & feel - awesome vehicle (that I still cannot believe I own). He has been 100% professional and awesome to work with, and cannot recommend people dealing with him enough! He mentioned that the Premium was at the Souderton dealership, and that we might be able to purchase it. Then everything fell into place 100% before the sun even went down. Drove home in my new Mustang Mach-E and have never been happier with a sale or a car before. 5 stars.

I had a great experience here last week. I inquired about a pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek in their extended inventory and asked to test-drive it. They brought it to the lot later that day, and when I arrived there was a tag with my name on it welcoming me to the dealership. They honored the trade-in value of my old car that had been quoted to me by a different Ciocca location and talked with me to negotiate a price that world work for me. I never felt like they were talking down to me, and they consistently spoke to me (the buyer) and not to my boyfriend instead, as many dealerships do (ladies, you know what I'm talking about). Car buying is always stressful - it's a large purchase- and there's always a script it follows, a song and dance about extended warranties and protection plans. It's unavoidable. But this dealership made the whole process smooth and easy. I really enjoyed working with Matt and Jeremy, and I am now the happy owner of a Subaru. With regards to covid, everyone was masked appropriately and the building was ventilated.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! I brought my 2015 Ford Transit Van in for service in late March of this year for the service of two factory recall notices I received. They contacted me upon completion of the recall work and informed me that my van would need new brake pads and rotors, a replacement of a radiator hose, and a few other items. After about a week, they contacted me to let me know the work was completed and the cost of the service was around $2,200.00 I paid for the service with my credit card on the phone and had my van delivered to my home. I did not drive my van for about 2 weeks. After sitting in my driveway for two weeks, I decided it was best to drive my van to recharge the battery. After driving about five miles, I noticed the van feeling very sluggish and the "Check Engine" light was on. I returned to Ciocca Ford service and informed them of the situation. After having my van for several days, I received a phone call from a gentleman in service who informed me that my van was going to need to have the engine replaced and the cost for this would be just under $10,000.00. This did not even include a new engine! This was using a used junk yard engine. I questioned him as to what was the problem and why they had not discovered this when it was in for service just a few weeks earlier. He informed me that they did not have a crystal ball and could not foresee this problem. I informed him that I would not proceed with the repair and that I would like for them deliver my van to my home. He refused to deliver the van and informed me that i would need to pay a diagnostic fee of $169.00. I disputed the fee and asked to speak with the service manager. He assured me that he already knew what the manager would say and that I would need to pay the fee, I guess he found his crystal ball! After speaking with the manager, the fee was waived and I picked up my van. I then took my van to a service station recommended to me by a friend. I explained to them the situation and presented them with the diagnostic report given to me by Ciocca Ford. I informed them that I was not in a hurry to get my van back and they could take their time inasmuch as they were very busy. A week later, the owner of the service station called me to let me know that my van was repaired and ready for pick up. The problem was that the oil was dirty and thick, thus causing the sluggishness and the activation of the engine light. They drained the old oil, flushed the engine with a cleaning solution and replaced it with new oil. TOTAL COST: $234.00!!!! My van has been running great and no need for a new engine. It only makes me wonder what I paid Ciocca Ford $2,200.00 for. I have never felt more cheated in my life! I telephoned the service manager at Ciocca Ford after my van was properly repaired and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. He promised to investigate the matter and review my previous service to make sure that I was not over charged. It has been more than a month and I have still not heard from him. I did not need a crystal ball to see this coming!

I had a very good experience at ciocca ford in quakertown. We saw a car online and when we got here the car was under contract. The sales associate Kristopher was awesome, he was patient and took his time finding a car for my daughter that was in her price range and also had the things she considered "non-negotiable ". We test drove 2 cars and the original car that we came to see ended up back on the market. We negotiated, we did not feel pressured in any way and we came up with a price that was fair. Kristopher, and the entire Ciocca staff, thank you for your professionalism you have just gained a life long customer!

Took my car in for a Ford recall. The receptionist and the woman that checked me were very nice. My issue was with a moody and combative service manager named Shawn. Very uninformed and so was I when I asked about my vehicle. No idea how long repair would take nor did he care. When I returned six hours later Shawn was unfriendly and seemed bothered by my inquiry. Checked my car and then in front of other customers scolded me and accused me of saying he said it would only take 4 hours because I mention that the form I got from ford stated it would happen in this amount of time. Really??! Thanks Shawn for showing me that my decision not to purchase a Ford (this is a company vehicle) especially at Ciocca was a good decision.
