Wonderfully experience and they got me in and out of there within minutes. Sarah was a major help and I never met someone as amazing at what they do then her! Definitely will be coming back!

The young man named Braulio was very helpful! I switched over from T-Mobile and he set me up with a brand new phone and free hbo max! I saw flyers at the Giovanni’s pizza and decided to come in. He was patient and understanding and helped me transfer over all my data for me! Thank you so much!

Sarah at the Quakertown Store was a godsend, she was able to download our plane app so we could use it. She was patient , took her time, answered all our questions and really helped us out with several things. Store 233

My Debit card expired and I missed a payment at cricket, nobody notified me that I had missed a payment, and I returned a few weeks later, paid a $35.00 reactivation fee, and my phones weren't reactivated. We returned later that week to find out what we needed to do to reactivate our phones. We were then told that there was nothing they could do, and that they would not be reactivating our phones, they also refused to refund our money nor would they use the money we paid them to try and reactivate the phones again. They have had us call corporate several times and corporate tells us they will have no problem refunding us or using that money to reactivate our phones, after several hours of waiting to talk to someone that is. But then when we go to the store with that information the man at the store tells us that corporate lied to us and there is nothing he can do. We're getting jerked around everytime we try to address this, and honestly we feel like we got robbed.To the cricket bot that responds to bad reviews, we've already been in touch with corporate and called the provided number, nothing has been done, it has ultimately just served to frustrate us more and lose more and more confidence in your company as a whole. If you're willing to rob us of $35, your employees willingly admit they took our money and did nothing with it, who's telling how much more money your company will swindle/steal from us in the future?
