This pharmacy is horrible. Cindy is the worst. She doesn’t care at all about customer satisfaction. She’s really in the wrong profession if she has such poor customer service skills. I guess because Rite Aid closed across the street this CVS feels they have the monopoly on pharmacies. Hate going there!!!!

Not enough employees. Waiting in lines while only one person is handling the line. Drive thru still closed and can't get through on the phone.

Not sure what has happened to this location but it has gone downhill for some time now. Wait times are very long picking up prescriptions , they close the drive- up window, and generally seem overtaxed by their workload. We all understand that hiring competent help is difficult but this isn't a restaurant it's a very large company in a very profitable healthcare industry and affiliated with Aetna one of the foremost medical insurance companies in the country. If they have more business than they can handle they should be making plans to restructure to serve all their customers. I've already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy and hope that my wife follows suit.

The drive thru for the pharmacy is closed every time I go to pick up a prescription which is the only reason I picked that pharmacy in the first place since rite aid closed across the street. The phone is never answered in the pharmacy and custumer service is terrible.

Very rude at the Pharmacy counter. I was concerned about why it took so long to get a prescription. I was then scolded by the clerk on not wearing a mask. It was Covid medicine but not for me. So your clerk was out of line. He should not stick his nose in anyone's business.

A few days ago this store had NUMEROUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Now they've ALL DISAPPEARED ?Halil your Pharmacist yelled at an older woman the other day because she said she can't reach the Pharmacy via phone. Halil screamed "Do you see the line I have here" EVERYONE then stated every single person who was in line said the only reason they came to the store was because this Pharmacy NEVER ANSWER'S THE PHONE. Interesting anolgy, don't answered the Pharmacy calls to force SICK PPL to cause a long line & then SCREAM at the customer's for asking a legitimate question while you Halil the Pharmacist was ringing ppl up at the register. So who was ILLEGALLY FILLING & verifying the prescriptions while you were at the front for over 20 minutes?!?! Loss prevention needs to be involved. If your employees, especially YOUR PHARMACIST can't do his job why do you employ him? This occurs at this CVS #1315 on a daily basis. We are transferring ALL prescriptions out of CVS. This habitual behavior is unacceptable!!!

Pharmacy never answer's the phone & your Pharmacist Halil called my mother's doctor to never send a script to "his store". She called him "rude"!!! Are you kidding me? Do not use CVS especially if you take life sustaining medication. This Pharmacist should be investigated.

Very busy but gets a lot of customers through the line quickly. Drive thru is nice to use and the store location is convenient.

Horrible experience here. Called before I went there to see if my script was ready. ---(I see a provider who only offers virtual visits. My former provider was in Doylestown and had retired. I've had meds for this for many years which CVS has record of. The new company has providers all over the USA but is based out of CA -Corporate Headquarters. ) ---A CVS staff member picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold. The pharmacist got on the line and her greeting was "what are you looking for?? " not even a hello how may I help you? I told her I have an RX that was sent to them. She snapped "well I received it but I'm not filling it. ...."okaaayyy why? I say" she then replies ....I don't fill prescriptions from California. Find yourself a doctor here!" First off how is who I see any of her business? ---Rude and snippy response. I didn't get into the fact that my provider IS in fact in PA AND a licensed practitioner. HOME BASE is in Cali. Silly hasty lady. So I asked why they filled my script last month at that very same CVS with no problems and she said "my intern did that and shouldn't have!" I asked if I should have my provider call and speak to her and she again snapped "well why would you do that becauseit's not going to change my mind!" I wasn't up for a fight and said "ok thank you bye" nothing more. I called my provider and she said transfer to another pharmacy! ...or do home delivery through True Pill. Why deal with a pharmacist who is that rude and callous and highly suspicious maybe? ofpatients. She clearly made many assumptions of me. I'm a 53 year old responsible professional not an irresponsible drug seeker but I hung up the phone feeling bad about it anyway when I should not have! This was not MY issue! You need to replace this lady. She is the older nasty gray haired female pharmacist there that always seems to be having a bad day and is over stressed and can't handle the pressure so she shows it. Every time you go there it seems like you are walking into the middle of an issue they are having. I am writing a letter to corporate headquarters this evening. No one should be made to feel how she made me feel. I did hang up letting her think she had the upper hand however. I'm not arguing with you lady.you aren't the only pharmacy in town. The better more professional way to have handled this was to first and foremost be polite to me and then maybe check the providers credentials first before snapping out your ridiculous and incorrect hypothesis in such a nasty and incorrect way. She didn't want to explain anything to me or even talk to me about it and I FELT that. I work at a local hospital here and believe me when I say I know good customer service. This surely was not. Her manner was extremely unprofessional, hurtful and uncalled for. Cut your losses and choose another pharmacy! Ps-- I had no problems with getting my script filled elsewhere! Nor will I in the future. I will have all of my scripts transferred to Another pharmacy and will never return to CVS. Also I will tell anyone and everyone of my poor treatment and the rudeness by this pharmacist there.

The new staff and Pharmacists are terrible and very disrespectful people. Every-time I would get a refill they made me feel like I was bothering them when I would drop it off. They do not honor GoodRX coupons and treat people like they are trying to steal drugs from them. I went across the street to rite aid because I couldn't stand the disrespect anymore. Much happier now. Keep up the good customer service and positive attitudes CVS!
