Bill (William), was cashiering today. He is awesome! Best customer service in this store in 18 years. I also heard him with another customer and her child, he is so kind and content. The store was busy and it was probably near the end of his day, but he didn’t let it stop him from giving GREAT service! I’ve never had him serve me before, and service was not good many other times. GO BILL! Wishing you the best! You make me smile. 😃 More ppl should follow your example.

Rude lady at checkout, I was trying to get change out and she was rubbing her hand at me as if I wasn't moving fast enough. I normally go to the Dollar Tree in East Greenville where the staff is fantastic but the Quakertown one is closer because I moved here last summer and after yesterday I might rethink returning here. Plus the store was messy and out of a lot of supplies. I don't understand how the Quakertown Dollar Tree is so different than the East Greenville one. Management I assume. Quakertown Dollar Tree, you need to take some customer service lessons from the Dollar Tree in East Greenville!

Just went in to get a balloon for my 15 month old (who wasn’t with us).
The very angry, very vocal old lady at the register with glasses and chin length silver hair (didn’t get her name) made it very unclear how off putting it was of us to ask for a balloon. She didn’t understand why we didn’t want one of the already deflating ones that said happy birthday. We didn’t want a happy birthday half deflated balloon. She then made a big deal about the forming line (2 people had come behind us) and grabbed a half deflated balloon for us.
We live and normally go to Perkasie where there is very attitude or issue. We were just running errands and happened to be in that shopping center.
I’m so sorry I went into your job and asked for a balloon.

very nice neat clean Dollar Tree. friendly staff! wish it was like that at our local DT but visit here when l need something!!

Some of the employees are rude and unpleasant and there's only 1 or 2 employees at the register. Long lines but they always have items stocked on shelves etc. Not a bad place to shop

Open for business!!!!!Newly renovated store. Clean, bright and almost fully stocked. All Halloween candy and decorations are in.Very busy. Friendly employees.

I really like how they remodeled the store. Last week I was able to buy mini ice cream cups of Ben & Jerry's, which is my favorite ice cream and I like all the new things they have for Halloween.

Stopped in there today. Not sure when they will be changing the name.Workers in the store were stocking shelves. Items are NOT a $1.00 or $1.25 anymore. Prices are changing many items $3.00 PLUS!
