Worst experience ever; all about money and not about the welfare of the animal. I was handed an estimate for blood work for over $800, was not willing to work with me and rule out by process of elimination. When looking over my file, they made it sound like I didn’t feel my cat was worth the money when that was not the case; I wanted a means to an end; there was no definitive resolution after paying an exorbitant amount of money. I took our beloved cat to another vet for a 2nd opinion, they did an X-ray, he had a mass on his heart and was in congestive heart failure. No amount of blood work would have ever shown this. I will never go there again

I have been taking my cats here for a few years. I rescued a stray and brought to a vet that wasn’t caring or helpful with the rescue. I made an appointment at just for cats. They took him right away. Examined him, tested for FIV. Took the time to go over adapting a stray to a new home with other cats. They go over pricing before they do anything . I feel the prices are reasonable. You don’t wait long. Everyone is kind, and they love the cats in there.

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. We ended up here after searching for someone to do dental surgery on our new and very medically complex cat, Clifford. Clifford is FIV+, so he comes along with LOTS of surprises. We were told he had stomatitis from the animal shelter and he stopped eating from being in pain all day long. His hair started to fall out around his mouth from drooling and he was clearly suffering. I frantically called around to various clinics to find an experienced vet with dental work and was steered here. We were given an appt Monday when we called on Friday. The appt went great. Dr. Ziegler clearly knows her stuff, reviewed all of our concerns, and came up with a plan to help sweet Clifford. We never felt rushed. Her staff is so friendly and understanding and never makes me feel like we’re a bother. She reserved a spot for his surgery for that Tuesday for us. He had a partial mouth extraction, and was found to have very bad teeth essentially decaying, and did NOT actually have stomatitis. She simultaneously helped us rid of his refractory parasite he came home with (Giardia), AND figured out that his chronic diarrhea that continued after treatment was food intolerance. He’s had a number of other issues and I can go on and on, but she was the first to come up with a solid plan on how to get Clifford better after an unfortunate 2 years in a shelter being overlooked for his medical issues. Clifford is now thriving, eats like a little piggy, gained a pound in 2 weeks, and his bowels are normal! Thank you Dr. Ziegler and staff!

Everyone was absolutely so amazing and patient with my Rosie-Beans. Dr. Bey and Vet Tech Audrey were very knowledgeable and kind. Cannot recommend enough!

My cat was in for a dental procedure which went very, very smooth and quickly resolved all issues she had. The staff is so friendly and considerate.

Best vet experience ever! They got me back in seconds and they were extremely accommodating. Price was amazing for a vet clinic, very affordable! Would recommend this vet if you have kitty babies!

Amazing group of people who work here. My male kitty was not drinking and had crystals in his blader. They kept 2 days, got him on the mend and we brought him home. Saved his life. They clearly told us prices up front and for the treatment and 2 days on hospital was only 380 including his new food. Thank you so much guys!!!

I reached out to this clinic when my cat was having trouble breathing. They saw us as soon as possible and showed my animal and myself the kindness, and care I was hoping for. The veterinarian we saw, Dr. Ziegler, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative in all aspects. Our cat needed X-rays, all the prices of treatments were available for us before any service was provided so we were not left surprised. But all and all the visit was affordable. All the staff was very kind and helpful. The veterinarian even called herself to check in on our cats progress. So thankful for the care my pet received at this clinic!

Omg this is the best place under the sun to bring my kitters n yours for vet care Dr Zeigler is very knowledgeable n very thorough n I like her she is helping me know what to look for in my kitters n she is down to earth I like it here n I will b bringing my kitters here for the rest of their lives thank you Dr Zeigler n for cats only veterinary clinic for all you do n did for my kitters we appreciate you

We took my cat there who was a bit bloated. The doctor said they'd do a couple of tests. It sounded standard and we weren't there long but when we left the bill was over $600 and nobody had warned us at all. I think that is pretty insane that nobody would explain the cost of anything before giving us a bill. Maybe that's my fault, but it sucked. People aren't empathetic or understanding at all if you express concerns about the price (politely). They never found out what was wrong and in the end my cat was fine...so it was also for nothing. If you go, I just highly recommend asking for what the cost of things will be first.
