Ran into a situation with our home PC. Needed to recover with what is on it. They found a physical fault on the hard drive and made clear recommendations that were anticipated. We ended up replacing the PC and they were able to recover and load those files. We were running on a new platform within 4 days. For those without the technical knowledge, the membership is well worth the cost. Highly recommend availing oneself of a membership.

I went in to buy a camera, and encountered: a greeter that doesn't greet, salespeople that don't sell, mediocrity and indifference...plus, as a bonus, empty camera stands.I won't be back to buy anything, ever.

Needed a battery replaced in my IPad, made an appointment to get it fixed. Get to Best Buy only to be told they can’t do it. Clerk said she was going to call me to cancel the appointment because they knew they couldn’t do it, but figured she’d just tell me when I got there. Really? You couldn’t make that call to save me a trip??

Friendly service, fast in-store pick-up, very accommodating. Selection is a bit spare but often they've come through in a pinch for me.

Paid $100 for a new airpod and I received the new airpod only for it to not even be my order but also not connected to the case. This store is not where you want to go for anything unless you can find a good deal. AVOID at all costs.

Buy your appliances somewhere else. I get it, COVID has caused a shortage of supplies and workers. I realize all business are suffering and I can live with that. We purchased a brand new washer and dryer a few weeks ago and have been waiting weeks for the delivery, which was supposed to be today. We were very excited after waiting weeks to finally receive our new washer and dryer. When the delivery man arrived, they informed us that they had the washer and dryer but none of the kits to properly install them. All of which were paid for weeks ago. They tried talking us into letting them leave the appliances in the garage. No way! then the delivery company is off the hook and we would be stuck with 2 very expensive appliances sitting in our garage worthless. We then called the delivery service which was no help, then best buy which was of no help. they can't even tell us when to expect a new delivery. The most useless customer service. telling us they can't do anything because the appliances are not yet returned to their warehouse. complete nonsense, not helpful at all and not willing to provide us with any information at this time. took our $3000, promised delivery and now saying they can't help us or give us any indication of when we might receive the appliances we paid for weeks ago.

Came to Best Buy for the’ free’ iPhone under warranty screen replacement. Found out the Apple warranty does not cover the screen. OK with that. In reality it ended up costing $130 and the only fellow that could do it showed up to work at 12:03 time for a 10:20 appointment. Was given multiple ETA times for his arrival which passed again and again, While I sat there waiting. I was given no explanation or reason why he showed up for work well over an hour and a half late keeping me waiting. Didn’t get out of there till 12:30 for a 20 minute repair.

So this is the first time I visited this store. It's the smallest, emptiest store I 've ever seen. But I must say that the people working here are so nice. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Must give a compliment to Brandon in tv section, he was super knowledgeable and extremely kind

Simply put this store has PATHETIC customer service!! Bought an appliance which was to deliver in three days. after three days I went into my account on line and there was no records of my $600 purchase. Called the store 5 different times over 2 days and was on hold 45 minutes each time without an answer to my calls. We have had problems at this store and with there customer service people numerous times...stupid me for even returning here.

We made an appointment to get our iPhone screen replaced. It was done on the same day an an hour. The phone is as good as new. Each member of the geek squad was courteous, respectful and responsive. We would definitely use this service if needed in the future.

I ordered an item on line to be delivered to the Quakertown store for pick-up. I kept seeing a message on line saying that the item was delayed for delivery. After waiting several days from the scheduled delivery date I called Best Buy's customer service number. The pleasant and patient representative told me that the item had been delivered to the store but that the store "had not updated their records." Understanable considering circumstances these days. I drove to the store to pick-up my purchase and was directed to the Customer Service desk. The representative, with no name visible, unsmilingly asked how she could help. When I told her my story she went to the computer and blithely informed me "it's not here." When I asked her for an explanation she repeated her first response. Realizing that I wasn't getting anywhere, I requested to speak to a supervisor. She spoke into the little mircrophone on her shoulder and walked away from me without comment. After a few minutes along comes Maddie who walked past me into a back room without comment or even a glance where I assume she was getting Suspect #1's version of events. She returned to the counter and immediately stared at the computer for several minutes, never acknowledging my presence until she spoke without any eye contact explaining to me what appeared to happen to my purchase. I was not thrilled that I had driven thirty minutes after being informed that my item was at the store, but I understood her explanation. She then went on to inform me how she would resolve the issue, which was not perfect but acceptable. From my initial pleasant conversation with the telephone representative, I had anticipated a similar experience with the face-to-face at the local store. Not to happen!

Once in a very great while, Best Buy will have a very good price on an item and I find myself going there against my better judgement, because they've always found a way to inconvenience or stick it to me in the past. This time, I purchased an over the counter microwave and installed it by myself. I had a suspiciously good experience with this process up to this point. Their website indicated they would take the old unit back for recycling, as you can not simply throw them away. Well, it turns out that isn't true, as they don't accept them. Instead, I wasted about 45 minutes in the commute and store interaction resulting from Best Buy's counterintuitive and inaccurate web babble before I took an additional hour of my time to head to a recycling center. I really can't stand this company. I think I've learned my lesson this time that sometimes it's worth it to pay more for better service. Whether it's up front or on the back end, Best Buy will definitely sour your customer service experience.

My fiance bought a laptop PC costing over $1,200.00 at Best Buy in Quakertown. In short, the computer isn't reliable. Thankfully she also bought the warranty (sarcasm). So, my fiance took her PC there a couple of times when it went into sleep mode and wouldn't wake up. The first time the Geek Squad said "no problem found". The 2nd time we took it in, same result. No problem found. I received a call giving us the option to either pick it up or have them send it out on the off chance their contract techs could diagnose the problem and fix it. So, I had them send it out. After a couple plus weeks, it came back working fine with repairs. A month later the problem happened again. My fiance brought it back again today (11/17) wanting either a refund or a new computer. She was understandably upset when they told her "no". While trying to work it out she was then threatened by the on-duty supervisor with calling the police. The supervisor told her she would NOT send it out again or honor the warranty. Instead, she told my fiance to "take your computer and get out of my store." As my fiance approached the door to leave, the supervisor told one of her employees "don't talk to her". This computer is a brick without recourse. My advice: you'd be better off taking your money to a casino.

After Install customer service is non existent! Been on hold now for 97 minutes. Sorry I went with them!
