You know how you have a favorite t-shirt That's how the giant is for me I know where everything is makes this so much more convenient but it's clean the people that work there cool and they got an electric car charger so what else could you want they sell bud right next door... I feel comfortable in Giant because I know where everything is for my shopping needs. The fruit and produce are always fresh, and that's a big deal to me. I like their prices and their friendly staff. Also, they carry wine and beer.Also, they have a gas station on site that you will be able to use your Giant rewardto from 10 cents to (in my case ) $2 a gallon. Check it out!!

Worst experience! First & last time ordering online delivery. Never received my order. Called customer service, which was no help. They told me my order was cancelled. They wouldn’t say why it was cancelled. I ordered because I am sick & cannot go out to food shop. DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!!!

Not too awfully horrible, surprisingly.'It's the most wonderful time of the year!' ?I must've timed it just right because it was busy-ish but manageable and attitudes surprisingly! weren't bad!!The shelves were/are starting to show some items are getting low but not completely out.*this is JUST my opinion, I am not claiming to be an Expert on grocery stores or box stores or any other store or stores you can think of.I am NOT claiming to be an Expert on parking lot traffic flow or grocery store traffic flow.I'm just simply giving my opinion.If you don't agree with me that is quite alright, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO! But you CAN! Keep that to yourself! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TELL ME, YELL IT AT ME OR IN ANY OTHER SUCH MANOR!! tell me YOUR OPINION and HOW WRONG I AM.Thank you

This store has two cashiers on duty, so you are essentially forced to do self-checkout. If you don't place every individual item in the bag after scanning it, you can't scan your next item, so you need to bag each individual item and it takes ages. Who would scan an item to pay for it and then not take it with them? It's completely illogical. I could understand if it sensed that I added something to the bag without scanning it but why on earth does it matter if I don't immediately bag an item I _did_ scan? The woman standing around monitoring self-checkout was very helpful in suggesting that I slow down my scanning and bagging process, as if I am the problem in this scenario. She stated that corporate turned the on scales because of too much theft. They can spend money to put geo-fenced brake wheels on all their carts but apparently can't hire more cashiers. It is absolutely ridiculous, and I'll start shopping elsewhere.

The location next to Lowe’s has the WORST service in the seafood department. I suggest going to Captain Bobs. I have stopped buying there because there is never anyone to help. Why is there not a bell or buzzer to let someone know we need help? Today just confirmed they haven’t changed. Literally timed my wait. 12 minutes and 2 calls to customer service. Still no one. I walked away. Ridiculous, there food is good but the wait just irritates me so much I don’t feel like buying anything there
