Our experience with Great Valley Propane was excellent. We met with Mark, a sales rep, to talk about an underground propane tank for our emergency generator. We checked with two other companies and chose Great Valley because Mark was personable and very fair. The installers installed the tank, ran lines to the generator and also our fireplace insert. Phenomenal service. Great customer service. Spoke to Joan and Julie and told them that our gas line was compromised by a contractor doing work at our house. 10 minutes later they were here. The technician Andrew explained every detail and fixed it and put our minds at ease. Great valley s truly the best ,so glad we switched to them.

Don’t waste your time with the other propane companies. Great valley has been amazing from start to finish. From the site visit by Ted , to the install by Steve, and the phone service by Joan and Julie, everything has been top notch! No hesitation recommending Great Valley!

Great Valley Propane was a pleasure to work with from my first phone call through installation and fuel delivery. Estimater Mark Densimore was very accommodating to our needs and schedules and costs were much lower than competitors. Installers were on time and very courteous, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions l had. Would highly recommend!

Converting from oil to propane and I had Great Valley propane install the 500g underground tank. I must say look no further for professional service and kind employees. Additionally, their deal can’t be beaten. Don’t bother looking around at other companies- just make one call.Awesome service and installation.
