Woke up to old farm house fun this morning. No water. Which also means no heat. Called Hess. In 2 hours a technician was at our house. In about an hour we had water. Also turns out the pump warranty was still good. We only paid for labor. Totally awesome! Thank you Hess and also scheduled customers who may have been effected.

Used Hess twice now for both my properties... broken water pumps and water tanks. Both times I went from having no water to brand new equipement installed, replaced and water working again within hours of just calling the company to report a problem. They are AMAZING! Called on a Sunday morning at 10:30 and they showed up a fixed our water problem and were gone by 1:20. A+ service. I would recommend them to any and everyone.
