“Big problem with my order - but Melissa in customer service got it all fixed!! Highly recommend this Home Depot! Mistakes happen but getting it resolved quickly, like she did, with care and professionalism was so great to see!”
“I hate Home Depot because it's so big and I can never find anything or anyone to help me find anything. I want to Thank You for fixing your customer service. Today was a great day. I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!”

“The skinny old guy in plumbing named Dean was super helpful, he knows his $h/t, he spent at least 10-15 minutes helping me assemble a test pipe fitting to help me diagnose a leaking pipe, everything was perfect, got the job done”
