THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! We visited Just Furniture in Quakertown spoke with Carolina. She was very nice and showed us several bedroom sets. We decided we wanted one from Ashley furniture. She stated she could get it in 7-10 days. We asked if she was certain because other stores told us longer wait times. Since it was close to closing time she said she would call the warehouse the next day and find out an exact delivery time. I spoke to her the following day she told us a week and a half to two weeks at the absolute Max and I would have it at my house. So I gave her my credit card over the phone to order it(1/8/24) At this point she did not mention any of the terms of purchase like if it did not come and we wanted to cancel the order. But their terms stated that you cannot return it after it's ordered and if you do there's a 50% restocking fee which is ridiculous. Not to mention you only get store credit no cash back. Had I known that this was their terms at time of ordering I would not have purchased from them. I was also very concerned about the wait time, since I had just moved to the area and had no furniture in my bedroom at all. I finally received a link to my credit card receipt with the final amount on 1/15/24. I texted Caroline to see what the status of the order was. She texted back and said it was only a week but should be in by the end of the week. I called the store on 1/19/24 and talked to Frank the manager who said the order is on its way and should be delivered to me on the next delivery. I explained to him that I would have never placed the order if I knew the wait was over 2 weeks. I could have ordered it directly from Ashley furniture on their website and it stated it would only take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. After several calls and texts including a call which Frank the manager told me he didn't want to speak to me because it would only be another half hour phone call , and the last phone call got nowhere. In reality the call was 11 minutes according to my cell phone records. Several calls were made to the store to no avail. On 1/29/24 they called and said the furniture could be delivered but I would have to be home between 10am-8pm for a delivery or it would be cancelled. On 2/1/24, I get a phone call from "Gal' the delivery manager who called to say that my furniture would be coming but that the dresser arrived "damaged" and it would take another 7-10 days for this piece. I asked if I could get my money back and Gal said that he would reimburse me full price. I called the Quakertown store to verify this and I was told that there are no refunds and 50% of my money would be lost if I cancel the order. I asked why I wasn't informed about the dresser and why I am the one who had to initiate this call. On 2/2/24 The delivery was made without the dresser! I also had to call the store to straighten out whether the delivery people were going to set up the furniture, since the delivery men were told that set-up was not included. On 2/6/24 I called to ask about the dresser ( again I initiated) , I spoke to Frank the manager again and Frank told me that they had one "spot left for 2/8 and I would be on the delivery list for my dresser. On 2/8/24, ( now 1 month of waiting) I call to verify delivery for 2/8, because I must be available from 10:00 to 8:00 or delivery would be canceled. I called the Quakertown store several times, there was no answer. I called Easton store and get a direct number to call them and ask about the delivery. They told me " there was no room left on the Truck" and I will be scheduled for 2/15/24 delivery. NO ONE called me to tell me this date so I had no idea to be home. I ask where the dresser is and they tell me it is in Pottstown. I ask them what the address was and tell them I will pick it up with my trailer. I am put on hold and then they call me back. The" dresser" is not in the " Pottstown warehouse" and we ordered it and wont be in until 2/12/24. Remember I was told that another one was ordered

What wonderful buying experience at this location!!! We love our new furniture thanks to Jerry took his time and shows around the store we told him what we wanted show us some catalogs and stuff on the computer and found what we exactly wanted. Thanks Jerry for your help we definitely do business with you again!!! Also wanted to say thank you to the delivery guys they did a wonderful job delivering and assembly the furniture for us. Thank you Hasam and Peroni great job Guys!

Zero rating*ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND*This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid $99 dollars to have bedroom furniture delivered of which should have been them putting it in our bedroom. They did not put the furniture but left it in our dining room sheetlet because my husband said put it down here because HE WANTED THEM OUT OF OUR HOUSE!! They were absolute smug and asking for extra money to take it upstairs and set it up of which we had already paid to take it upstairs. They made my husband uncomfortable. At which point as a customer service provider should be enough to atleast speak with a manager personally. However instead because my husband signed to get them out of house the manager through a sales person offered us $75 dollar in store credit which is insulting to say the least. So now we get to take our own furniture up a narrow set of steps and find help to do so EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR IT ALREADY.

This place is super friendly. I got really great service from Carolina and Jerry! Walking in I expected it to be like any other place, but no it was different. This was the best service I ever got! Definitely will be coming back here for future purchases!

They have a good variety, however they don’t hold up to prices given and they do not price match like the sign says. Went in Sunday - they told us one price on a damaged floor model , than 4 days later on the same thing they want up in price - which is close to the price brand new from Ashley furniture with no damage. The price originally given should have been honored. Not much integrity or business ethics there.

**Check their Better Business Bureua rating; it's the lowest possible rating.** RUN. Twice they canceled a delivery (they give you a 10 hour window, a window that is different than the contract they make you sign.) They promised to refund the delivery fee and they have yet to do that. Was lied to by 2 different people from the company several times.

Fantastic customer experience, thank you Gloria!! Great prices, friendly delivery staff. I’ve purchased multiple items and had them each delivered- same excellent support. I highly recommend checking with them first if you have any furniture needs.

The customer service was ok, definitely could improve. Paid for elivery set- up, they didn't set it up. Floor supervisor gave me 50$ refund for that. Sofa pull out bed came defected, they refuse to settle the issue. The dining set also has 2 defected chairs, one they returned new. Waited all summer for this, Jerry hasn't returned our calls for a resolution. Save your money, DONT SHOP HERE QUAKERTOWN JUST FURNITURE

So. Is it standard practice to throw your trash behind a dumpster when doing a delivery? Not just the persons that lives here. But all of the deliveries you made on Friday.Super professional.Also. I attempted to call multiple times prior to writing a review. But apparently no one answers the phone at your stores. So instead I'll just let the police handle it for illegally dumping and littering.
