Good and nt good. If you are looking for house hold stuff, bathrooms, decorating, etc its amazing. Otherwise its nt other branches way better and have nice stuff

I have been a Kohls customer for 30 years, and my most recent experience at Kohls in Quakertown has been so unpleasant that I see no reason to shop here anymore. For a Saturday morning, the store was so poorly understaffed. Dressing rooms were a mess and inventory was everywhere. There were 3 cashiers on registers, and they were in no hurry - just chatting casually while the line backed up to 15+ customers. Everyone in line around us was commenting at the lack of respect to their time. When we finally got to the register, after 15 minutes of waiting, the associate was being shadowed by whom I can only assume was the MOD. The associate was lovely, and just trying to get us through the line. As usual, she offered us the Kohls Charge, and we said no thank you. Instead of moving on, the MOD promoted her to show us the savings we could have today, if we apply. Ok, cool, still no. At this point, we are just trying to get out of the store, as it’s been a pretty long wait. He then continues to tell us how much he loves the card for the savings, etc. Just to try to end the conversation, I told him that I’ve previously had one and I didn’t enjoy the experience (ie: I was young and dumb, and totally irresponsible with my money). He then prompts me to tell him why I didn’t like the card. I brushed it off several times, saying there wasn’t really a specific reason. FOUR TIMES this man tried to get me to tell him why, despite me strictly saying there wasn’t a reason to discuss. I finally looked at him sharply and said, “Sir, I do not want a credit card. We make a personal choice not to use credit cards because of past experiences. This is not something I need to discuss this with you.” Wouldn’t you know this man was STILL trying to explain why he wanted to discuss it, as I just grabbed my bag and walked off. Kohls prices used to be so incredible that I couldn’t help but shop there. Now, I can shop at dozens of other places for the same price and have a better experience.

I don't know what happened to this store, the buyers are terrible, clothing is horrid. Service is very poor and advertised price is not what you’re charged.

Easy and convenient way to process Amazon returns. Took 30 seconds to do! The 20% coupon they give you only works for “store brands” !

Kohls has become my go to local department store. It is so nice to have everything you need right around the corner.
