Nope. Attitudes a plenty. Place was full when I came in an hour ago.
Self check in was fine, was called up and asked what I needed with a yawn and an eye roll and a “Gonna be a while”.
Heard the name “CRISTINA” 3 x and didn’t see anyone getting up- so I asked “Christine”? And a woman in the far back corner (another attitude) “Yeah I called you three times” I replied “I was supposed to get a text and my name is Christine- Not Christina.”
She asked again what I was there for and said “oh you have to wait for it coworkers- go back out”
I’m sitting here (just me now, only one in here) over an hour and I had an appointment.
Can’t make it up - unorganized and messy operation, two girls hid in the back.
I was told the girl is backed up closing a package?
To put things into perspective- I just came from the DMV and it was a better experience.

Customer service must not be a priority here because the young lady at the front desk checking me in was incredibly rude!

Unfriendly staff. Place smells of toxic paint
Unsafe for anyone to be here . If you are a walk in they don’t even tell you how long is the wait. They are trained to say “ take a seat in the waiting area” no indication of time what so ever

The staff being unfriendly was just annoying, but I can deal with that. My BIGGEST issue is when I went back to get blood drawn, the station they sat me at had a drop of BLOOD on the arm rest. ARE YOU GUYS NOT WIPING DOWN STATIONS BETWEEN PATIENTS?? That is a huge infectious control issue. Especially since you guys deal with blood and needles. As a pregnant woman, I would hope the environment would be cleaner, especially since you are giving me an open wound. You go to any medical facility, inpatient/outpatient, equipment is always cleaned/changed between patients. I know you guys have to have some kind of quarterly training on this stuff. Highly disappointed and disgusted. As someone who works in healthcare, I’m appalled at the lack of awareness.

Brought my 6 year old in for labs, they traumatized him by sticking him 4 times in order to find a vein, leaving him covered in hematomas and severe bruising. Only to find out at our follow up- they only collected blood for 2/3 test so now I have to take him for bloodwork again.

The atmosphere here felt unwelcoming, and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or professional during my visit. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning. This workers should be working in philly not in this great town.

I just went there today to get my bloodwork done drawn and went a little before closing. We walked in and there were two laddies who were very very rude and unprofessional. The phlebotomist that drew my blood didn’t say one word to me and just jabbed me with the needle and was very painful. Very disrespectful and disappointed. NEVER EVER going back to that disgusting horrible place.

I brought my daughter her on Saturday morning with appointments scheduled for both of us. The people working were in bad moods, stressed and complaining loudly so the waiting area could hear that it was a bad day. The woman who took our blood was not in a good mood either. Never had my blood taken in this manner either. She literally jabbed the needle quickly into my arm. My 7 year old was scared and she called her Linda repeatedly, mocking her terror and then jabbed her fast and hard. Both of us are bruised about the size of a quarter inside our elbow area. I won’t be returning to this location. Don’t bring your kids here!

They were very rude and disrespectful to me commenting on the way I was dressed and I asked one question and she quote on quote said “how many questions are you gonna ask me”

I scheduled my appointment day and time online which was very easy to do. Check-in process when I arrived at the facility was also very quick and simple. I was called almost immediately after I was checked in, and blood was drawn right away. Staff was extremely pleasant and very efficient !! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

The staff endlessly complained about staffing and scheduling issues, as well as each other. It’s been 5 days since 1 vile of blood was drawn and my arm is still very bruised. Unsure the skill set of the staff here.

Went in and Joseph didn’t have a great attitude, and he messed up the label for my drug test so it couldn’t even be run, delaying my employment. Will never go here again

Staff was very rude, one in particular Marena. She was very defensive, snippy, and rushed us through check-in. Literally told us to hurry up.
