Lake Towhee Park is a small county park featuring a picturesque lake and a nice playground suitable for younger children. The park offers picnic areas and has flush toilets, though they are not wheelchair accessible, while a portable toilet is available. Visitors have noted the presence of carp near the shore, adding to the park's charm. However, there are concerns about algae blooms in the water, which can be harmful. The park is dog-friendly, with leashed dogs commonly seen. Accessing the lake from the parking lot involves a steep climb.
Smaller lake but is a really peaceful place for kayaking. The water is really shallow and we saw several folks fishing.

It looks just like the picture. Getting down to the lake from the parking lot is somewhat steep and getting back up is a bit of a climb. I went fishing and it was lovely.

Scout camp with boat access. Nice park for bird watching, pavilions and camping.
