I am leaving this review about a specific older woman who works there, everyone else seems to be lovely. I havent seen her in awhile she may have went to the new location but she is pure evil. i watched a woman checking out with her child and her gift card wasnt working. She was clearly embarrassed and said if I cant use the gift card I cant buy this stuff and the lady offered her no help. Instead she went on the LOUD SPEAKER and said , and i quote, "i need help up front this woman has no money." everyone else waiting in line let out a small gasp. The woman had to step aside and shuffle through her things and call whoever got her the gift card. it was devastating, especially when you work at a THRIFT STORE who is supposed to be helping less fortunate people afford things they want/need. This woman was so rude during the whole interaction and was rude to me on multiple occasions as well. I hope i never have to see her again and I wish the best for the woman she humiliated.

Super organized thrift store. Wonderful helpful pleasant staff. They have everything there! Dishes, furniture, kitchen ware, seasonal items, lamps, small appliances, coffee mugs, tons of fantastic clothes. Changing rooms to try on your clothes. Stop by and check them out, it's a good stop!

I thought it was pricey for a thrift store but the bigger issue was that my kids had each picked a toy and my 3yo picked the price sticker off of his. The lady who checked us out told me that I couldn't buy the toy. I told her what it cost ($3.99) and offered for her to just scan the other toy we had twice, even though it was a few dollars more. But no- we were simply told that we couldn't buy the item and no solution was offered. What kind of business does this?! And to a CHILD nonetheless-over a $4 item?! The store was about to close so I can only assume that no one wanted to be bothered to get a new sticker. The lady didn't even apologize or seem to feel bad for taking away a toy a kid was thinking was going to be his. I didn't even know what to say. I'll definitely never be back.

I love LT, but you have to be careful. Most everything is priced at a central hub, there is little to no continuity in pricing. You can have two identical pairs of kids winter boots with vastly different prices. The best time to go is during their 1/2 off sales when the whole store is 50% off. This particular store is not as nice as the one in Spring City, I didn't think. Another thing is this is a Christian establishment so be prepared for VERY loud Christian music to be blasting from the sound system and to be asked to donate to "help spread the word" to prisoners or some such thing.

Not sure who’s in charge of pricing but you want $20 for a small Honeywell fan that sells brand new for $15? $12 for an Xbox 360 controller without a battery pack? Just seems like a bunch of old people who don’t know what used stuff sells for.

I used to love coming here until the past few months. The prices are getting out of hand considering the items are donated. They are treating it more like an antique store and basing price off of ebay, etsy, or other reselling stores. Very sad.

The manager there is a greedy one. I saw a glass pumpkin today on the shelf...I have the EXACT SAME ONE at home and I purchased it at Home Goods back in October for $14.99. I thought it would be cool next fall to have a matching set for either side of my mantle. There was no price sticker on it...probably the resellers pulled it off to check if it was signed...I see that a lot because they place their stickers right over top any logo. So I get to the register and the lady calls for a price check. This tall grey haired manager man comes up and takes the pumpkin and says he has to "take it to the back to be evaluated". What??????/ You got to be kidding. Anyway...he comes back and tells me it's this rare glass pumpkin and it would be $39.99 and they go online for $80. Talk about PRICE GOUGING on stuff you get for FREE and stuff that came from HOME GOODS!!!! I thought Liberty Quakertown Plaza prices were high...but now this proves what I have heard. We have a private local thrifting group on FB and a lot of the people have been mentioning how high the prices are in Liberty Plaza and they all stopped donating there because of the greedy Manager....probably why their shelfs look empty lately. One of our members said she donated some Pioneer Woman bowls....the ones you get in walmart....a few weeks later she saw them in the store priced at $6.99 a piece....she said that was MORE than what she paid for them and will never donate there again!! Some of our members left comments on the Liberty Thrift FB page about the high prices...but their comments were removed by Liberty thrift right away. DO NOT DONATE THERE ...... THEY ARE NOT HELPING NEEDY PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD ITEMS. There are many other places you can donate locally.....Last Chance Ranch (helps Horses, Dogs, Cats), Nine Lives Thrift (helps Cats) , Salvation Army, Worthwhile Thrift (helps survivors of human trafficking). Be AWARE of what charity you are donating to. I wish there was a thrift store that helped VETERNS but so far have not seen one with that mission statement. Since I'm now in the writing mood... I was in this liberty back around Christmas time. I saw this man and a woman with two young children. The kids were of course looking at the toys and saying "Mom can I have this"...the Mom looked at the price and then over to the Dad who looked at the price and said "too high" ...she told the kids "No, we can't get this.". It broke my heart that this poor family could not even afford toys for their children because Liberty Thrift prices were so high. I wanted to go over and give them some money for the toys but then I thought I might be insulting them ... or making them feel awkward. I didn't know what to do....it upset me so much to see that even in a thrift store this manager guy was putting such high prices on items that some people could not afford them around Christmas time.

I drop all my donations to this place. They are really good about what people donate.Store itself needs a little tlc but overall it’s someone’s trash is someone else’s treasure. It’s interesting walking down each aisle to see what’s new. They’re pretty good at sorting and categorizing items to make it easier to shop.Staff is nice. There is now a bigger selection of furniture which is nice.
